今天我要为大家做一份美味的番茄蛋包饭。要做出美味的食物，我们要准备需要的食材和了解制作流程，准备工作是关键。部门工作同样如此，假如我能成功当上生活部部长，首先我要为部门的日后工作做好准备，根据工作需要选择合适的人才建立我的团队，按照能力对他们进行分工;并且向前辈、同学请教，了解大家需要什么，为大家提供更好的生活服务。

接着我们就是该如何去烹饪这道美味佳肴了，先热锅再倒油倒入洋葱。这个顺序很重要，工作也一样，除了合理分工，还要制定好工作计划，按照计划一步一步来，否则，像先放油再热锅，就容易造成高温油四处飞溅伤人，而且做出来的菜肴也没那么美味。工作如果不分轻重，没有先后顺序，往往会吃力不讨好。所以我要是当上部长，我要充分运用好我的逻辑思维，尽量让每一份工作都顺利做好。

It proved more efficiently than SGA in experiments, too. In the second semester, I joined the workshop-scheduling research in Shanghai Heavy Duty Tyre plant. The scheduling was designed for the rubber-making process that covered not only discrete but also continuous circumstances. To make a balance point between optimization quality and time cost, I proposed a Dynamic Layered Scheduling method based on hybrid Petri Nets. The practical application showed that the average makespan was shortened by a large scale. I also publicized two papers in core journals with this idea. Recently, I am doing research in the Composite Predict of the Electrical Power system assisted with the technology of Data Mining for Bao Steel. I try to combine the Decision Tree with Receding Optimization to provide a new solution for the Composite Predictive Problem. This project is now under construction.

Besides, In July 2000, I got the opportunity to give a lecture in English in Asia Control Conference (ASCC) which is one of the top-level conferences among the world in the area of control and automation. In my senior year, I met Lin, a visiting professor of mathematics from University of California-Riverside, I learned graph theory from him for my network research. These experiences all rapidly expanded my knowledge of English and the understanding of western culture.

I hope to study in depth .In retrospect, I find myself standing on a solid basis in both theory and experience, which has prepared me for the . program. 1、自我认识

这三个问题不是按时间顺序从过去到现在再到将来，而是从现在到将来再到过去。其奥妙在于：如果你被雇用，雇主选中的是现在的你，他希望利用的是将来的你，而这将来又基于你的历史和现状。

所以，第一个问题，你是干什么的?现在是干什么的?回答这个问题，要点是：你是你自己，不是别的什么人。除非你把自己与别人区别开来，在共同点的基础上更强调不同点，否则你绝无可能在众多的应征求职者中夺魁。对于这第一个问题，自我反省越深，自我鉴定就越成功。

其次，你可以简单地介绍一下你的学历、工作经历等基本个人情况。请提供给考官关于你个人情况的基本的、完整的信息，如：学历、工作经历、家庭概况、兴趣爱好、理想与报负等。 这部分的陈述务必简明扼要、抓住要点。例如介绍自己的学历，一般只需谈本专科以上的学历。工作单位如果多，选几个有代表性的或者你认为重要的介绍，就可以了，但这些内容一定要和面试及应考职位有关系。请保证叙述的线索清晰，一个结构混乱、内容过长的开场自，会给考官们留下杂乱无章、个性不清晰的印象，并且让考官倦怠，削弱对继续进行的面试的兴趣和注意力。

通过自我介绍，主动地向面试考官推荐自己，这是面试组成结构的重要内容，同时也是面试测评的重要指标。

(1)自我介绍是应以面试的测评为导向。

自我介绍也是一种说服的手段与艺术，聪明的应试者会以公务员考录的要求与测试重点而组织自我介绍的内容， 你不仅仅要告诉考官们你是多么优秀的人，你更要告诉考官，你如何地适合这个工作岗位。而与面试无关的内容，既使是你引以为荣的优点和长处，你也要忍痛舍弃，以突出重点。

(2)自我介绍要有充分的信心。

要想让考官们欣赏你，你必须明确地告诉考官们你具有应考职位必需的能力与素质，而只有你对此有信心并表现出这种信心后，你才证明了自己。

应试者在谈自己的优点的一个明智的办法是：在谈到自己的优点时，保持低调。也就是轻描淡写、语气平静，只谈事实，别用自己的主观评论。同时也要注意适可而止，重要的、关键的，要谈，与面试无关的特长最好别谈。另外，谈过自己的优点后，也要谈自己的缺点，但一定要强调自己克服这些缺点的愿望和努力。

特别指出的是，不要夸大自己。一方面从应试者的综合素养表现，考官能够大体估计应试者的能力;另一方面，如果考官进一步追问有关问题，将令“有水份”的应试者下不了台。

面试中应试者的自我介绍，可以让考官观察到简历等书面材料以外的内容，如你对自己的描述与概括能力，你对自己的综合评价以及你的精神风貌等。自信、为人等是其中的重要的潜台词，应试者务必注意。

(1)应试者应充分利用各种个人资源。除了前面提到的面带微笑、目光交流、坐姿端正等表情、身体语言外，请以沉稳平静的声音、以中等语速、以清晰的吐字发音、以开朗响亮的声调给考官以愉悦的听觉享受，声音小而模糊、吞吞吐吐的人，一定是胆怯、紧张、不自信和缺乏活力与感染力的。

(2)情绪也是一个需要控制的重要方面。情绪，做为个人的重要素养，如果在自我介绍中起伏波动，就会产生负面影响。例如在介绍自己的基本情况时面无表情、语调生硬;在谈及自己的优点时眉飞色舞。兴奋不已;而在谈论自己的缺点时又无精打采、萎糜不振。

(3)有的应试者谈及自己的兴趣爱好时，说自己喜欢唱歌，便自做主张，一展歌喉，在面试考场上为考官们唱它一曲，直到被考官客气地打断后，才反应过来行为有些出格。

(4)有的应试者描述自己喜欢这样、爱好那样，如：文学、艺术、旅游、摄影等等，由此考官进一步询问其拍摄过什么作品，这位考生的回答却是她喜欢别人给她拍照，还说家里的几本影集都已经满了。

(5)有的应试者在介绍家庭关系时，似乎“漫不经心”地告诉考官们，自己的某位远房亲戚是应考单位的上司单位的某领导。

我是来自分析1232班的严宇佳，从大一走到现在，令自己感触最深的，还是大一刚来的那个时候。一切都是那么的新鲜，一切都是那么的美好，学姐、学长、老师都是那么的和蔼可亲。对一切都有一种很神秘的感觉。经过近一年的学习和工作，少了份天真，多了份成熟，少了份鲁莽，多了份沉稳一个人必须懂得去感恩，只有这样他才会长大。所以我选择做班助，首先，要有一个积极、乐观的工作态度。其次，要将所有工作做到细致入微。包括从开始的迎新工作，报道注册，住宿，同学关系的处理，教学楼分布及学校环境的熟悉，学校组织、学生会、社团的了解，学校所有学院、专业认识，选课，学分，学校近期活动的安排，转专业，怎么分配、利用课余时间，以及处理工作与学习的关系等各个方面都要做好安排与规划。

在这两年来，我连任两年的班长，在大家的努力下，班级获得过很多的奖项，有优秀团支部、先进班级等等。在大一的时候我就跟一位学长一起创办了院跑步协会，同时大二时在系社团部担任副部长一职，在学生会和协会工作两年多时间里，我学会了如何管理一个团队，如何让会员们积极有效地做事情，如何更好的与人交往；怎样采取最有效的方法来解决工作与生活中的矛盾；怎样合理的安排学习时间与工作时间；同时也提高了组织协调能力、现场应变能力等，能够灵活地处理一些突发情况。这两年我学到了很多，所以我也希望能把这些东西影响给学弟学妹们。

助导是一个特殊的群体，他们既扮演着学生的角色，又承担着老师的某些责任，他们是老师与学生之间的纽带，又是老师与学生沟通的桥梁，他们将承担更多的责任，承载更多的希望。助导的全部工作都是为了学生的成长成才服务，本着这一点出发，不管事情多复杂多困难，只要学生找到了我们，就不能不管不问，要先问清楚情况，再尽自己的最大努力尽快帮助学生解决问题。即使不属于自己的工作职责，没有能力帮助学生，也要跟学生说明原因或者联系其他部门或老师。

我觉得助导只有出于对学弟学妹的真心爱护，才能有这样的责任心和工作热情，把自己当作是他们当中的一员，才能赢得学生的真正信任、理解和支持，才能将自己的工作做顺利。对自己工作中的问题和不足，有时可能意识不到，可以通过找学生单独谈话或聊天等多种渠道，使学生的意见和对助导工作的一些情绪得以正常反馈和释放。此外，随着新情况的不断出现，我们一定要及时与学生沟通，除了以上方法外，还可以采用QQ聊天、网络论坛交流等方式，使学生与自己交流时能够放松情绪。

我对班级管理的初步设想：在新生刚开学的时候，帮助他们办理入学手续，搬进宿舍，整理材料，抚平他们心里的恐慌。对于贫困生，帮助他们通过绿色通道，顺利办好入学手续，不让他们有任何困难。在晚上，走进学生宿舍，可以和他们讲讲大学的生活，告诉他们注意以后在大学的注意事项；为他们排忧解难。在军训期间，努力为学生做好各种工作，带领学生共同度过这个盛夏。做好学生到这里的一切准备要求。在开学后，班级上的`管理，我想这样做：

一：以学生发展为主的管理制度，要让学生对遵守班级制度的重要性有充分的认识，对良好班级制度的迫切需要。要把制定班规制度的权利交给学生，尊重学生的需求，才能对学生身心健康、学习等各方面起促进作用。这样做调动了学生自我管理的积极性。

二：学生自主参与，提高学生的自主管理，挑选班干部，介绍一些突出同学的优点、专长，回避个人隐私或其它不宜公开的情况。同时又鼓励学生自我推荐，参与竞争。全班同学根据自己所了解和情况介绍，做出选择，可采用投票方式直接选举确定。充分发挥每个学生的主体性，参与出谋划策，丰富班级活动内容，在自主参与中提高自主管理能力。

三：扬长避短，增强自信心，发掘同学的潜能。在班级管理中，存在一部分同学很少有表现自己的机会。为了给他们有表现的机会，特别注意他们的特长与个性，让每个人都展现出自己的特长。充分的尊重学生。

平时，在学习上，我还要督促学生的学习，每天监督他们去上晚自习，让他们在大一就养成学习的好习惯，到期末考试的时候，注意学生的心理变化，避免产生考试舞弊等情况出现

总之，只要系里给我机会，我就不会辜负。我一定能诚诚恳恳付出自己的努力，把各位新生朋友一步步引导融入大学的生活之中，让他们能够很踏实很放心的去走自己大学的路！另外我将更加严格要求自己，不断加强自身素质的提高，做老师的得力助手、新生的知心朋友。诚恳是我的准则，只要给我一个机会、一个舞台，相信我一定能够做好助导这项工作。
