xx年MBA面试自我介绍－面试经验

一觉醒来才6点半，朦胧中记忆起昨天，前天的MBA复试，真的觉得就是一个字：“累”。昨天全部结束回到家已经是四肢酸痛，头脑晕乎乎的，真是打了一场身心疲惫的仗。

历时2天的复试，包括了10日上午的体检，10日下午的英语听力和政治考试，11日上午的英语口语面试，管理知识和综合素质面试。题目可以说都不是很难，只是需要时间等待，需要及时的应对。

在报道的时候，学院已经分好组了，我是在D3组。后来了解了一下，我们组大部分都是调剂过来的。原来第一志愿报xx并且能够通过初试的只有86个人，

现在进行复试的是168个，调剂的也都占了一半了。

10日下午3点开始听力考试。C/D组的英语的听力和政治安排在xxxx教室考。由于怕老师的收音机效果不好，我自己还带了一个小收音机。听力是25道题目，每一题2分，觉得或许是太久没有训练了，有几段还没有捕捉到什么关键词语就完了，结果我也只好瞎懵，联想哪个有关凭映象乱勾。觉得好笑，停笔等老师收卷的时候，我环顾四周看了一下，最后一题的答案选什么的都有，看来大家都是瞎懵的啊：）政治是接着考的，写一篇定题作文，题目是“论品牌经济”。晕，对于我这种非常门外汉的人来说，一看到这个题目，还真的无法下手，想了一下，就顺着之前准备的企业如何在构建和谐社会主义中发展的一些思路，自我发挥了。2个小时的政治时间，我大概用了1个小时40多分吧，检查了一下，没有什么就交了。我的字写的比较大，间距也比较大，也是为了老师能够看得舒服一点吧，最后写了5页，文章自己还基本满意，回家上网查了，关于品牌经济定义上自己把握的也没有太大的偏差。或许是上午体检的时候，在没有吃早餐的前提下（因为要抽血）走路到东校园的，而且由于校医室搬了，多走了很多冤枉路，消耗了大量的体力，反正觉得很累。

由于11号上午是8点20开始复试，10号早早睡觉，11号6点半就起来了。到西大还不到8点，我熟悉了一下面试的各个教室，分英语口语面试考场和A,B,C,D四组管理面试的考场。来得比较早，都没有几个人，然后也没有什么事情干，静静坐在教室，看着不停的有考生进来，呵呵，基本上男男女女都是正装啊，想想昨天我还是休闲的学生打扮，今天居然也是打扮得貌似精英了。分组坐好，听老师交代一些注意事项，别好自己的号码牌，填写基本信息表，接着又是漫长的等待。

英语口语我是准备了一个自我介绍的，其它的我想就自我发挥吧。9点50多吧，终于轮到我们组了。英语面试在外面是设了2把椅子，一把是在面试考场的门口，一把是在等待室的门口。考场的人一出来，面试考场门口的人就进去，等待室的人就到面试考场门口就座，按照组分好的小号依次。我是我们组第二个，前面的小孙，才进去一下下，马上就出来了。啊，那么快？还容不得我想那么多，我已经进到了考场里面。考官4个人，进去，鞠躬，Good morning!老师也很客气，Morning!语音是相对的标准，好听。问了3个问题吧，一个是say something my job，一个是do you like your job，一个是after graducate mba,do you change your job?问题的表述大概是这样，不是很记得了，我也依照说了一些，不过说的时候漏了一个单词，我发现第一个问题的回答老师都没有怎么听得懂那个意思，或许有点紧张吧，后面的基本上也是说了一些，说得很好谈不上，后来想想应该有很多可以说的，还是平时的基本训练不扎实说的太少，因为口语本来就是一个基本的技能，基本上是无法准备的。说完，我觉得时间很快，也许也就2，3分钟，老师就示意可以走了，我thanks后就出来了。大家都很快就在教室集中了，都在谈英语面试的过程，我们组的口语水平也是有好有坏，有些一连几个问题都是sorry I don’t know，因为都没有听懂老师在说什么，有些是问题或许回答不好，老师就给了一段文章来念，有的也是同老师谈的比较投机，我还算是表现一般吧。

大家都聊得差不多了，时间才是10点20分。接下来还是等待，11点20才

开始的管理面试，还好我备了很多伊口莲，给组员们冲冲饥，大家吃得很开心，也许是管理面试大家一起进去的吧，所以大家还是都相对来说轻松的。10点45分，老师进来了，通知我们组，因为前一组有2个人放弃了复试，所以时间快了，马上让我们准备进考场。时间提前了，一下子开始有点兴奋，可以早点也意味着可以早点结束，早点解决肚子问题。依次号码排排队进考场。

一个大的圆桌，对面坐着4个老师。我们就坐在对面。给老师基本信息表，接着每个人发了一张印有案例的纸。规则就是，每个人5分钟的思考时间，接着按顺序自我阐述观点3－5分钟，结束后小组讨论，11点58分的时候给出一个小组讨论的统一结果，最后由老师对每个人提问。案例还好，不算太难，标题是“是否不惜一切代价？”讲述的是一个快递公司的职员nick在一个圣诞雪夜，要把一份100元的包裹，送到一个很高的山顶上去。但是由于大雪封山了，无法徒步上山；大雪破坏了通讯线路，同包裹主人联系不上；圣诞夜，自己的主管领导无法联系上。而该公司一贯的理念就是“不惜一切代价，要让顾客满意”，要送包裹唯一的方式就是要由nick租一辆直升飞机，而花费需要5000美元，对于如此大的价格悬殊问题有2个：1、假如你是nick，你该怎么办，你会不惜一切代价送包裹么？2、假如你是nick的主管，第二天你应该如何处理5000美元的报销问题。我的观点是要不惜代价送包裹，5000美元是全额报销。自我阐述和小组讨论都蛮顺利，整个小组的讨论，包括组织都很有秩序，最后也拿出了一个小组统一的方案。总结完后，就是到了个人提问的时间，老师基本上问的是一号和7号，我是后面才问到的.“将在外，军令有所不从”如何理解，我觉得我这个题是答的不好，后来在老师的引导下，基本上算是答案完整吧。老师最后对我们的评语是讨论的气氛比较活跃，小组组织的不错，应该老师还是相对来说满意的。出了考场已经是12点30多了，门口等待的小组老师说你们组好久啊。呵呵，估计老师早已经饥肠辘辘了。

到此复试算是结束了，总结一下，平时的基本素质的积累非常的重要，对于我来说管理，经济的知识我真的是一片空白的，学习还是急需，对于有一点基础的英语呢，在会考试的前提下还是重在使用吧。MBA应该是一个很有价值学习的，做好努力学习的准备，听说非常的辛苦，特别是在职学习。

In order to raise the funding effectiveness, after one year's hard work, I developed the internal banking system within the corporation based on the actual funding supply and need of the different divisions and projects. Through the comparison and analysis for many heuristic algorithms, I introduced an improved evolutionary algorithm -- Multi-population Genetic Algorithm. By dividing a whole population into several sub-populations, this improved algorithm can effectively prevent GA from local convergence and promote various evolutionary orientations. It proved more efficiently than SGA in experiments, too. In the second semester, I joined the workshop-scheduling research in Shanghai Heavy Duty Tyre plant. The scheduling was designed for the rubber-making process that covered not only discrete but also continuous circumstances. To make a balance point between optimization quality and time cost, I proposed a Dynamic Layered Scheduling method based on hybrid Petri Nets. The practical application showed that the average makespan was shortened by a large scale. I also publicized two papers in core journals with this idea. Recently, I am doing research in the Composite Predict of the Electrical Power system assisted with the technology of Data Mining for Bao Steel. I try to combine the Decision Tree with Receding Optimization to provide a new solution for the Composite Predictive Problem. This project is now under construction.

Besides, In July 2000, I got the opportunity to give a lecture in English in Asia Control Conference (ASCC) which is one of the top-level conferences among the world in the area of control and automation. In my senior year, I met Lin, a visiting professor of mathematics from University of California-Riverside, I learned graph theory from him for my network research. These experiences all rapidly expanded my knowledge of English and the understanding of western culture.

I hope to study in depth .In retrospect, I find myself standing on a solid basis in both theory and experience, which has prepared me for the . program. My future research interests include: Network Scheduling Problem, Heuristic Algorithm research (especially in GA and Neural network), Supply chain network research, Hybrid system performance analysis with Petri nets and Data Mining.

面试自我介绍范文一段短短的自我介绍，其实是为了揭开更深入的面谈而设计的。一、两分钟的自我介绍，犹如商品广告，在有限的时间内，针对客户的需要，将自己最美好的一面，毫无保留地表现出来，不但要令对方留下深刻的印像，还要即时引发起购买欲。

1、自我认识

想一矢中的，首先必须认清自我，一定要弄清以下三个问题。你现在是干什么的?你将来要干什么?你过去是干什么的?

这三个问题不是按时间顺序从过去到现在再到将来，而是从现在到将来再到过去。其奥妙在于：如果你被雇用，雇主选中的是现在的你，他希望利用的是将来的你，而这将来又基于你的历史和现状。

所以，第一个问题，你是干什么的?现在是干什么的?回答这个问题，要点是：你是你自己，不是别的什么人。除非你把自己与别人区别开来，在共同点的基础上更强调不同点，否则你绝无可能在众多的应征求职者中夺魁。对于这第一个问题，自我反省越深，自我鉴定就越成功。

随后，着手回答第二个问题：你将来要干什么?如果你申请的'是一份举足轻重的工作，雇主肯定很关注你对未来的自我设计。你的回答要具体，合理，并符合你现在的身份，要有一个更别致的风格。

然后，再着手回答最后一个问题：你过去是干什么的?你的过去当然都在履历上已有反映。你在面试中再度回答这个问题时，不可忽略之处是：不要抖落一个与你的将来毫不相干的过去。如果你中途彻底改行，更要在描述你的执着、职业目标的一贯性上下些功夫。要做到这一点，又要忠实于事实和本人，最简单的方法是：找到过去与将来的联系点，收集过去的资料，再按目标主次排列。

2、投其所好

清楚自己的强项后，便可以开始准备自我介绍的内容：包括工作模式、优点、技能，突出成就、专业知识、学术背景等。只有短短一分钟，所以一切还是与该公司有关的好。如果是一间电脑软件公司，应说些电脑软件的话题;如是一间金融财务公司，便可跟他说钱的事，总之投其所好。

但有一点必须紧记：话题所到之处，必须突出自己对该公司可以作出的贡献，如增加营业额、减低成本、发掘新市场等。

3、铺排次序
