英语议论文的段落多采取直线展开式，即段落开始直接切入主题，并给出事实、例证、推理等。英语议论文段落这种展开方式是形成其语篇连贯的基础。语篇的连贯是指段落中各句的意义通过某种有序的排列而相互关联。在论述该段落主题的时候，每后一个句子都是建立在前面一个句子的基础之上的。如果去掉段落中的一个句子，这种连贯便会受到影响，就会造成读者在理解上的困难。

议论文中心段落的主题句及其论据

一篇议论文能否获得高分与其中心段落主题句的质量不无关联，而主题句质量的高低则又取决于审题的好坏和论据的选择。需要明确的是，中心段落只应有两个组成部分：段落的主题句和支持主题句的论据。

段落的主题句也应有两个部分组成，即：主题句=主题+作者对主题的看法或态度，两者缺一不可。假设应试者被要求写一篇有关吸烟的议论文，那么SMOKING就是中心段落的主题。请看下面这个主题句：

In my understanding, if we refer to an ideal college life as a formal western dinner, then a high GPA, that is, Grade Point Average, should be the main course, while an active part in

activities, together with associations, means the appetizer. Some romances, of course, play the role as desserts. They are the 3 key elements for an ideal college life.

Those, however, are not what college life is all about. As we all know, college is wildly different from middle school. 背的时候我们一定要挡住右边，来看左边，如果五秒内你还反映不上来这个单词的意思的话，就看意思。这样一遍遍的看，记住，我们要的是背的遍数而不是背的时间 长短。我们不需要笔，我们需要的是脑子！笔者利用这种方法每日可背下300新单词，复习500旧单词。所以，相信我的方法，它绝对是有科学依据的。

听力怎么办，为了这么一个SB四级考试我们是不是要从头开始练习呢？答案是，绝对绝对不需要！！我们要的是绝对的针对考试的训练。我们唯一需要的就是---真题。现在，去图书馆借本新的，或者再买一本。从头再听一遍，要听整套的题哦！不能说我一天听一小部分！听完之后对答案，你会发现你还是错那么多，除了那些记得答案而不是听明白的。这是为什么呢原因就是，我们优秀的中国学生一向都懒于总结的。但是，我已经将学习的强度最小化了，你一定要仔细的听我的 话练习。做完之后自然要改答案，改完之后呢，还记得我的话么，我们要玩烂四六级。所以，翻到听力的文本部分，把答案出现的地方画出来，确定到某一句，某一个关键词，这时，我们上面讲的总结单词的方法就用到的，我们不是漫无目的的总结，而是有根据有目标的总结，也就是说，词汇的总结是伴随的做题的过程来的，而不是单独拿时间来做它。划完答案之后要怎么做呢，还没完，再听一遍原题，感受一下答案即将出现的美妙感觉吧。。。做几套题你就会发现，当答案快要 出现的时候，我们的心跳就像马上要见到初恋情人般雀跃而激动了---孩子啊，这就是传说中的语感加题感啊！！

之后呢，还没完，听力的时候我们呢还是有要求的，那就是用软件听。

我们都知道每台电脑有有一款播放软件叫做Windows media player ,虽然我们通常用酷我酷狗来代替，但是，这里，我们就用WIMDOWS.现在，打开Windows media player 的页面，在左上角有一个选项叫做“正在播放”好了，右键单击它，会有一个选项叫做“增强功能”其中有一个选项叫做“播放速度设置”好了，我们就要它，正常 情况下它的设置为1.0，但是我们听的时候，把它往右拉，调到

（二）阅读

在上一次考六级的时候，我阅读发挥了平均最低水平--错了两个。但绝对不是因为过万的词汇量的帮助，很大程度上是由于优良的偷懒阅读方法，而且这个方法很具有普适性，而且经过实战的考验，绝对值得采用！

在这之前我要讲一下我们国内考试的优良传统，那就是，除了极特别的情况下，出题顺序与文章答案顺序出奇的保持一致性，这种一致性极大程度的缓解了我们的阅读 强度。第二，国内的考试，阅读大部分我们是读得懂的，至少我们知道它讲的是人还是物，像讨论龙虾到底是左撇子还是右撇子这种变态文章是不会出现在四六级里的（这种题目出现在托福雅思上）。知道了前两项，我们还要知道的就是，我们做阅读是为了解题而不是为了赏析！所以一句一句的读是极不可取的！！那种SB文章我们不用去赏析知道不知 道！它绝对称不上是美文！句式简单且缺乏变化！用词简单低俗。我要说的是，既然不用一句一句读，我们 要怎么读呢，下面我就要介绍我的无敌阅读法！

第一，通读一遍。这里所谓的通读你只要做到两件事就可以了，1）知道文章讲的是人还是什么东西

2）在每个段落出现的专有名词（这类词汇通常大写，但不是绝对）大致出现的位置，看明白，是大致出现的位置，而不是对其详细的描述！所以那些描述性词汇都可以屏蔽了。

通读之后呢。

二）读题

这时候我们的同学又要连题带选项一起都读一遍然后再回到原文去找了吧。

错错错！

你要是遇到题目长答案更长又看不懂的时候你是不是就准备蒙了啊!这个举动带来的明显就是欠揍！

那么正确的做法是什么呢？

只读题！找出关键词（大部分情况下是由名词担当的），一句题目中修饰它的关键词，如动词，形容词之类的。看完这些我们就知道了这道题到底问的是什么了。然后 我们之前找的位置就拍上了用场，回到原文去找去！记住，我们不要原创！我们不要自己的理解！我们要的是作者的态度！正确的答案一般都会出现在关键词的前 后，带着原文去和答案对去！有的你会发现前半部分和原文是一样的，但后面突然给你加了点文章没有的，这个时候我们就可以带着得意的笑把这个迷惑选项排除 了！其他的选项你会发现虽然它说的对，但是与题目根本不相关，你又可以笑了！最后找出于原文最贴切的选项就OK了！看起来非常麻烦，但效果好极了！做几套 题你就会发现提高了，相信我，这种成就感远比你成为网游高手来的实在！

ps：记住，几乎是每一道题都是可以跟文章中某一句话对上的，看清楚，是文章中确切的某一句话，不要自己猜测！找不到的话，都做完的时候看后面的分析，看看自己到底问什么没有找到。

第二：别忘了单词总结，答案关键句中不认识的单词，题目和选项中不认识的单词！这就

我们要的重点！

（三）作文

看完GRE的论文之后你会发现四六的作文技术含量还不及G的一个开头高。

现在，翻出你真题后面给出的范文，看五篇，就五篇！看看人家怎么开头真么结尾，怎么遣词造句的！学习人家的！别告诉我你的作文一般都能得80多分，我实在质疑你们老师的英语能力，笔者看来，笔者梦中所说的英语句式都比你们范文的复杂。相信我！我们要学就学最好的！看完范文，勾出自己的模板，无论什么文章都往 上套！自己写三篇，你就会有自己的风格了！不要盲目的自信！这非常不好！

最后，谈一下关于模拟题的事情，我个人认为“由出题组人参与编写”这种宣传词我能用十种不同的问题攻击它的逻辑漏洞！你知不知道漏题是犯法的！它再“真”它还是假的，我们为什么要弃真的不用非得追着去用假的！我们不做那么赔本的买卖！我们就要最纯粹的！听明白了没有！

英语是一门实践性和人文性都很强的学科，高中英语作文教学尝试。高中英语教学的目的是指导学生更好地进行语言实践，努力使基础知识转化为言语技能，并发展成为运用英语进行口头和笔头交际的能力。英语书面表达是对学生的组织和应用所学知识的能力的考查，也是检验学生学以致用的水平的主要形式。但是在平时的教学中，老师们常常抱怨相当一部份学生的作文中语误繁多，辞不达意，句式单一，甚至逻辑混乱。既使花了相当的时间和精力进行写作训练，大多数学生的写作水平仍是原地踏步，收效甚微。应该采取什么措施加以训练才能培养学生写出内容充实，用词贴切，行文流畅，既有丰富的达意功能和交流功能，又有一定的修辞手法的佳作呢？现将本人在教学中的几点尝试小结如下：

（一）在积累中领悟。古语说得好：“巧妇难为无米之炊”。因此，在进行书面表达训练之前，我特别强调学生注重语言知识的输入和积累。应该说，听、说、读、写四种技能是相辅相成，相得益彰的。听和读是理解和吸收语言知识的基本手段，只有做足做好这一方面的积累，才能保证好的输出能力。我主要从以下几个点入手：

（1）朗读训练。要求和督促学生以课文段落、所做过的阅读和完形中的优美篇章、新英语九百句、21世纪报中贴近学生学习和生活、社会发展、时代气息的时文为内容，每天保证15分钟的大声朗读，在朗读中领悟和理解语言的结构和功能，培养语感，加深对措辞和表达的感悟。

（2）听写训练。在日常的教学中，有意识地搜集优美实用的词、句、段落和语篇，利用课前3—5分钟进行听写，不仅能促进学生更准确地理解句子及篇章，熟练地书写句子，有效地锻炼学生的书面表达能力,也为日后的写作积累了材料。

（3）摘录好词、好句和好的段落。在平时学习中多留意，多收集素材，力求每天至少记住1—2个好的词句，并尽可能地运用到写作中，这样写作时就可以做到胸有成竹，而不会手忙脚乱，无从下手。

（4）错题集锦。建议学生自备一本命名为 “HotPotatoes”（烫手的马铃薯）的'小册子，用以整理和订正练习和考试中出现的错误，随身携带，并时不时地拿出来翻看和辩析，确保在今后少犯或不犯类似的错误。

(二)在训练中突破。提高学生的写作能力并非一朝一夕之功。在教学过程中，教师应自始至终抓好英语基础知识，结合学生的实际情况，突出学生主体，采取有序多样的训练方式来提高学生的遣词造句、谋篇布局的能力，提高实践能力和书面表达能力。

（1）严把书写关。整洁漂亮的书写会给人以美好的印象，也会在一定程度上提高了作文的档次。因此，即使在平时的作业中，我要求组长、科代表层层把关，对随意塗改、书写潦草的作业一律退回重做，力求人人做到卷面整洁，书写工整规范,并把这一观念渗透到平时的每一环节。

（2）常抓改写和缩写。高中英语新教材内容丰富，题材广泛，包容风土人情、历史地理、名人传记、新闻出版、环境保护、自然灾害等方方面面，高中英语写作《高中英语作文教学尝试》。在加强语篇教学的同时，应适时地让学生围绕课文内容进行写的练习，提供机会让他们运用相关的语言知识，是提高写作能力的重要环节;也可精选一些课外英文读物（如《二十一世纪报》）的部分篇章，要求学生进行缩写和改写，让他们在丰富的内容中学会把握要点，又有充分的选择和个性发挥余地。

（3）全真试题演练。认真搜集历年的高考卷、往届的期中和期末考的书面表达并整理归类，有意识地将原文的相关的词、短语和结构挖空，要求学生借助所给的提示完成文中的空白处，让他们在所创设的不同的语境中对错误率较高的动词时态和语态、关键词组和短语、恰当的连词和引导词、实用的句式结构等方面加以强化训练，提高他们在今后的写作中关注和把握好这几方面的意识。

（4）重新排序法。把文章的顺序打乱，然后要求学生按所提供的信息重新排序，使学生在训练中对上下文的衔接及篇章的构建有更加深入和到位的体会及升华；也使他们感受到为了使短文通顺、流畅、自然，不仅得重视篇章的行文逻辑，谋篇布局和连贯性，还必须采用恰当的词汇短语使句与句、段与段之间衔接紧密，过渡自然，使文章紧凑整和，言简意赅。

（5）限时现场作文训练。经过一段时间的积累和循序渐进的实践，定期地让学生进行现场作文的训练是很有必要的。训练中，我主要对文章的体裁作出统一的规定，并让学生自己提供10个左右的词组和短语，2—3个的句式结构，最后汇总在黑板上；然后让他们就这些词组、短语和结构进行口头造句训练，在确保大多数学生已掌握了这些词、句的用法的基础上，要学生门在规定的时间内完成书面表达。在训练的过程中，学生可利用所学的某些词汇、句型，借助已形成的思维定势，用英语表达思想，传递信息，不仅使学生觉得学到的英语知识有了用武之地，也极大地减轻了写作的心理压力，增强了写好文章的信心。

（三）在评改中提高。新课标明确指出在教学中应“以学生为中心，以活动为中心，以任务为中心，突出学生主体，倡导体验与参与，在体验、参与和合作中互相促进，共同进步”，因此在作文的评改我凸现学生的主体性，充分发动学生参与和体验，在做中学、体验中提高。

（1）吃透评分标准。学生只有在了解写作的评分标准之后，才有可能做到有所侧重，有的放矢，也才不会因某一方面的偏差而白白丢分。因此，在系统训练之前，我都认真地组织学生对评分标准进行学习和研究，确保学生领会评分标准的依据和要旨，以便在写作中避开不利因素，最大限度地减少无谓的失分。

（2）组织自评和组评。在以往的教学中，书面表达都是老师辛辛苦苦评改，而学生只关心得了几分，然后就置之不理了，因此效果总是不尽人意。现在我采用让学生自评和分组评改。比如在配套练习或测试中的书面表达，主要地是把范文印发给学生，人手一份，先明确要点；再点出关键词组短语；然后是文章的连贯性和结构的合理化，也就分数的比例进行一定的指导，最后让学生根据以上几个方面进行自评。在现场限时训练之后，以4人一组把学生分成几个小组，每个成员负责一部份，就动词的正确形式、短语词组的合理搭配、句式结构的准确性及关联词的恰当应用进行评判，分工明确，各司其职；最后再汇总，共同对这几篇短文打分，使学生在分工协作与亲身体验中有更深的印象，在评价别人的同时也达到自省和探究的效果，可谓一举多得。

（3）凸现优美的词句。应该说，在学生的作文中，我们能时不时发现一些优美的词句。因此在评改时，我都尽可能地把这些词句勾画出来，并不失时机地向学生推荐并用多媒体课件集中展示，使学生从中得到肯定、鼓励和推动，也激发他们去作出更多的尝试和创造。

（4）开辟习作欣赏角。经过一段时间的实践和练兵，适时地从学生的习作中选录一些篇章，刊登在习作欣赏角。作品的选录可从多个角度入手，既可以是书写漂亮的佳作以原卷张贴，也可以是进步明显的习作滕写之后张贴，还可以是学生推荐的名篇佳作，诗词歌曲，使学生在欣赏中学习，在学习中竞争，在竞争中提高。

（5）细化作文分数。作文的得分是对学生的劳动的肯定和评估，学生们对此也极为关注。如何充分利用这一有利因素来促动学生致力于书面表达的提高呢？经过一段时间的摸索，我做了细化作文分数的尝试。打分的时候，我把分数分解成内容分（15）+学以致用或优美词句分（３－５）+书写分（２—４），特别突出学以致用分和书写分，在平时的点点滴滴有意识地进行渗透和倡导，使他们在训练中有明确的导向和目标，达到事半功倍之效。

总而言之，提高书面表达的能力不可能是一蹴而就的。只有在明析了评分标准的前提下，经过不懈的积累，掌握一定的写作技巧，通过行之有效的写作实践及不断的归纳和总结来提高学生的谴词造句和谋篇布局的能力，才有可能使他们的写作能力得到质的飞跃。

1不会表达，另辟蹊径

中考作文给分是以要点和语言准确度而定，不以文采打分。造句越简单准确越好，造复合句容易出错，容易被扣分，阅卷场上有句话：“错误面前人人平等，文采好不加分”。如遇到个别要点表达不出来或难以表达，可采用变通的办法，化难为易，化繁为简。总之，所造句子要正确、得体、符合英语表达习惯。

(1) 迂回而行

当汉语词义不会用英语表达时，可以想一个与这个汉语词义相似的几种词义。扩展思路，然后从英语中找出一个与其词义相近的代替。这样可有异曲同工之妙。

(2) 小词大用

汉语中有些语意看来很复杂很文雅，但在英语中可用一些常用词表达。下面这些词可能在你的'书面表达中很有用：take, have, get, make, come, go, do, see, show, happy, nice, kind, help 等。

(3) 借花献佛

有时书面表达中需要的单词或词组或许在试卷中的其他地方出现。因为刚刚做过题，记忆犹新，那么就可信手拈来，为我所用。

2. 锦上添花，量力而行

如果你还有时间和精力，想把书面表达写得更好，那么，请注意以下几点：

(1) 句型多样化，不要I(We)……到底，使人觉得乏味。

(2) 适当使用一些并列句或主从复合句。

(3) 进一步描绘人或事物时，适当使用定语从句。

(4) 适当使用分词或分词短语，烘托谓语动词。

(5) 偶尔使用一下倒装句，增加新鲜感。

(6) 适当调换一下状语在句子中的位置，使句子不雷同。

(7) 上下句子紧接时，其中完全相同的成分可以省略，以节省篇幅。

3. 书写工整，卷面整洁

字迹要清晰，让阅卷人看得清楚，不可字迹潦草，难以辨认，要保持卷面的整洁。

4. 写完之后，勿忘检查

中考作文时，由于时间紧、内容多，同学们出错在所难免。因此，改错这一环节必不可少。中考作文评卷是根据要点、语言准确性、上下文的连贯性来给分，根据错误多少来扣分。因此，中考时花几分钟时间用来检查错误显得尤为重要。检查错误应从以下几个方面入手：

(1) 格式是否有错。

(2) 拼写有无错误。
