In my understanding, if we refer to an ideal college life as a formal western dinner, then a high GPA, that is, Grade Point Average, should be the main course, while an active part in

activities, together with associations, means the appetizer. Some romances, of course, play the role as desserts. They are the 3 key elements for an ideal college life.

Those, however, are not what college life is all about. As we all know, college is wildly different from middle school. It connects not only adolescence to adulthood, but also the ivory tower to the real society. 蒲公英的茎长约15厘米，跟手掌到手腕的距离差不多长，条状，跟一根粗面条立起来一样，嫩绿色，跟小草差不多绿。蒲公英的花瓣黄黄的，从内到外颜色会越来越浅。花蕊圆圆的，比一小块巧克力还要大一些，而且花蕊白白的，跟棉花的白不相上下。当花瓣长满时，蒲公英像一个中间是白色的小太阳，有时候，我还真以为它能发光呢！看到这，你是不是以为蒲公英只有一片围着花蕊的大花瓣？不不不！跟你想的完全不一样，它的花瓣比梅花还多呢！走近点，你会发现蒲公英的花瓣长长的，窄窄的，跟指甲盖差不多大。正是因为花瓣小，才能长20多片呢！

蒲公英的香味淡淡的，跟栀子花差不多。它的花摸起来软软的，像纸一样。蒲公英的花还可以泡茶呢！另外，蒲公英可以起到清热、利尿、通淋的作用，以后我一定要多喝蒲公英泡的茶。用它泡茶跟用菊花泡茶差不多。如果食用它，你会感觉到一种微苦，它比苦瓜的苦要甜的多。

三国乱世，各路诸侯颇多，其他人呢？袁术，冢中枯骨；袁绍，色厉胆薄，好谋无断；刘表，虚名无实；孙权，借父之名，无半点建树；张飞，有勇无谋；周瑜，年少有为，可是心胸狭窄......

那么，群雄之中谁才是真的英雄呢？我看惟独有曹公了。虽然世人称他为“治事之能臣，乱世之奸雄”，起初，我也并不否认世人的观点。而当我读完《曹超》后，我再也不认为他是奸雄了，而是英雄。他不伪装自己，与刘备煮酒论英雄时，慷慨地说“今天下英雄，惟使君与曹耳。”他虽然“挟天子以令诸侯”，但他确实是个很有本事的人。他知人善任，只要有真才识学，就是生活作风有些小缺点的人，都可以量才而用。即使是出身卑微，但有一技之长，都能被提拔成大将，所以他门下的谋士如雨，猛将如云，为他今后争夺天下打下基础。曹超不仅访求人才，而且在战争中能以人之人，被己之短，把被动变为主动，化劣势为优势兵力，以少胜多。更难能可贵的是他作为建安文学代表人物之一，诗独创一格，豪情奔放。

合上书本，刀光剑影暗淡，鼓角声鸣消沉，而那位英雄的面容依旧活现。

哀哉！哀哉！拥百万之师，揽能人义士，却换得“子生父”之耻，原因何处？只怪他疑心太重，逃亡路上，只闻霍霍磨刀声，便狠心葬送十几个生命；赤壁之战，只闻蒋干片面之词，却痛杀两员水将，导致人心背离。

刘备，可赞白手英雄，其才能令人臣服。他友接学士，桃源结义识志者；他能屈能伸，三顾茅庐请孔明；他举闲任能，升宠为督整治三军；他重情重义，大军北伐报弟仇；他高瞻远瞩，临崩托孤寄武侯。

但严峻阻隔不了的是全国人民一同面对的决心。这一刻，国家部委统筹协调，湖北省畅通绿色通道，跨越千山万水，接回滞留海外的同胞；这一刻，国家立刻决定增建医院，火神山医院、雷神山医院10天，6000余名建设者，近千台大型机器，建成了火神山医院这座武汉小汤山；这一刻，全国各地不分彼此，携手并肩努力着、坚守着、同行着，用如涓涓细流的爱汇成一曲磅礴大气、催人泪下的时代赞歌！也许不能够像马云一样捐1个亿，不能像明星一样捐几百万，但我们能够用自己的行动贡献一份力量，也许是用无人机送给值勤警察的一盒巧克力，也许是免费为无法回家的湖北籍游客打包包子的早餐店老板一件又一件温暖人心的小事更增强人们抗击疫情的信心，也让人会心一笑：世上还是好人多。

我是瞧不上石膏豆腐的。在我看来，真正的豆腐一定是卤水点的。

小时候的手工卤水豆腐看上去坚硬，有小蜂窝，摸着比石膏点的硬点，比较有韧性。卤水豆腐口感绵韧，有豆香味、含水量少，色泽白中略偏黄，质地比较粗老。但就盐卤而言是有毒的，但是点过豆腐之后，它与豆浆发生化学反应后就没毒了，可是现在大机器化生产的豆腐似乎不知何时正在慢慢地失去小时候的味道！如今，已经很难再买到小时候的那种手工卤水豆腐了。

难得，四眼桥市场最头上有一家豆腐店，卖的是卤水豆腐。

古老的木板招牌下，是玻璃窗的服务口。柜台上的两个大盘子装着卤制的豆皮，一小捆一小捆地，机灵地躺在各自的位子上，从左到右口味越来越重。再看靠墙的桌子，两个保温箱里分别是无糖和加糖的豆浆，吸管在柜台上，自取即可。稍稍靠后，是一大桶豆腐脑，白花花，上部被专门盛豆腐脑的工具切的一片一片，整齐却不呆板。靠门的大桌上是豆腐，卤水豆腐，用大盘盛着，盖着蒸布。这家店已经有了两代人的身影和足迹。

老板是个三十多的男人，不高的个子配上微胖的身材，加上围裙和厨师帽，和这店铺几户融在了一起。和一般的店铺老板不一样，他不太喜欢和客人交流，只是低头摆弄着豆腐。

我有幸了解到老板制作豆腐的全过程。选豆；磨豆，把浸泡好的豆子磨成豆汁，这样的工序反复3次。煮浆，把磨好的浆倒入锅内，用小火慢慢将浆煮开。点浆，把煮沸的豆浆盛入缸中，将兑好的卤水适量点入豆浆中不停搅拌，待凝结成豆腐脑即可。压制，将豆腐脑盛入模具沥水，抹平，盖布，在竹板上压上砖块儿。最后切块即可。这是老一辈人的方法。

我们看到的只有最后成型的卤水豆腐，不知道老板背后的时间和心思的付出，人们可能只是因为依赖的口感和多年的习惯，但对老板而言，这可能是一种传承。

在三中上学的一定见过这样一个老头，精瘦精瘦的身材，矮矮的个儿，骑一辆小三轮在公交站旁卖着臭豆腐，话很多，热心肠。他的招牌上，有大大的“创新”二字。我好奇这“创新”会体现在哪，便买了一份。

臭豆腐是现炸的，打开盖子，用小夹子从白盒里夹出十余块，放入滚烫的油里，豆腐在油里翻滚着，冒着气泡。最后，他舀起刚炸好的臭豆腐放进纸盒里，挤上了辣酱，撒上小佐料。这没什么不一样的埃塞下一口，最先触碰到的是酱料，那是我从未尝过的味道，承受范围内的灼烧感带来的只有开胃，慢慢地，慢慢地，甜味一点一点溢出，爽口的辣味居然和微甜碰撞到了一起，前辣后甜，妙啊！火候正好，表皮是脆脆的，内里夹带着酱汁，绵柔至极，小佐料增添了舌尖多元的感受，我惊呼一声“真好吃！”我仿佛着了魔一般，甚至觉得那夹臭豆腐的竹签都滋味十足。

看我手中提着东西，老板扭了扭车把，示意我挂在车把，我便照做。没有客人，老板和我聊了起来。“孩儿，这味儿咋样？”“好吃好吃，特别是这酱！”“哈哈哈，那肯定，我可是烟台第一批卖臭豆腐的哩，这酱是我琢磨了十多年，改出来的嘞！这三中的娃儿啊，都是吃着它长大的哩。”“爷爷，你这酱这么好，我能买些回去的？您开价。”“嘿嘿，这可不行哈，这酱啊，是我独创的，我就带了这些，卖给你，后面买臭豆腐的人他不能干吃你说对不对？”老头笑了起来，我也跟着笑。

两位老板，都是最普通的老百姓，做不了城市的大英雄，但一心一意做美味，为何不能是英雄呢？

童年的时光给他带去了曲折和快乐，对他来说本该生活在一个幸福的童年。然而一个不完整的社会给他种下了革命的种子。他有着一段美好的初恋，他幸福过，他也放弃过，为了那颗革命的种子，小小的他，踏入了革命的硝烟。

少年时代挥手过去，年轻的保尔开始了真正的革命旅途，这一路上他遇到了太多的坎坷，饱受了太多的磨难。他迷失了么？不，这个处在水深会热的社会，让他倔强的走了下去。但是上帝去不垂爱这个勇敢的革命者，病魔像他无情的入侵，摧残着他的躯体，试图摧残他的精神，让他饱受痛苦和折磨。

但要知道，生命是希望的代名词，于是他摒弃了痛苦，选择了奋斗。他为自己争取时间，他要更多的为党做事，这样就可以让人民少受一些苦。他把自己交给了党，交给了人民。

贝多芬曾说：“我要扼住生命的咽喉，它决不能是我完全屈服……噢！能把人生活上千百次，真是多美。”也许在他将永远只能在床上度过一生的时候，他也该放弃了，可是他却再一次掘强地用手中的笔作为革命武器。他的痛苦在不懈的战斗中变成了甘美。他永不停息的为革命“舞动”着。正如王尔德童话中的夜莺，为了圣洁的玫瑰，唱出自己最后的一滴血。

你想把英雄这个称谓赋给谁？

在人们心目中，只有有着伟大事迹的人，才可被认可为是人们心中的英雄，是真正的英雄。可我却认为，英雄，不一定要经历过与风雨、水火的激烈拼搏；也不是一定要在困难面前做出生与死的抉择；有些人，不求有一天能被人们称为英雄，只是在默默无闻的做着平凡而又伟大的事情。

我所说的这位英雄，没有那么多伟大的事迹，也不是那么众人皆知，但他在我心中，永远是英雄。

他——————一个平凡的人，无论什么时候，在他的脸上，总洋溢着开心幸福的笑容。

小时候，我总喜欢依偎在他的肩膀上。我总认为，那宽厚的肩膀是那样的舒适，那样的安全。它可以使我不受一点伤害。仿佛，那就是我无忧无虑的港湾。所以，我天真的以为，那个肩膀，只承载着我。

时间像流星划过长空，转瞬间，我已长大，无意间，我发现了原来他那乌黑的头发中，夹杂着许晶莹的发丝。脸上更是多了几道岁月留下的痕迹。

我时常看见他站在窗边，凝视着眼前的一切，时不时地发出几声长叹。我似乎也从这长叹声中明白了什么………原来，他的肩上还有家庭，还有事业，还有朋友，还有兄弟，还有生养他的父母。

这是《老人与海》中让我感触颇深的一句话。我想，在这个社会中，一个人若可以做到这句话，他就是英雄。

文中的圣地亚哥老人在84天出海没有捕获一条鱼，别人嘲笑他，把他当作不折不扣的失败者，甚至于他的船帆看起来也是一面永远标志着失败的旗帜。但他没有退缩，仅凭着一个渔民对职业的自豪感和一个老人对生活及困难的不屈服，他冒险来到了墨西哥湾流，并钓住了一条大马哈鱼。

白天又黑夜，黑夜又白天，难以想象一个老人在茫茫大海上与一条大鱼斗争了几天几夜，凭着他不屈的意志与顽强的毅力，老人捕获了大鱼。可美味的大鱼引来了一群鲨鱼。但他在这海洋的统治者面前，表现出了惊人的毅力，他甚至杀死了一只鲨鱼！如作家张爱玲所说，这种毅力：“不是超人的，而是一切人类应有的一种风度，一种气概。”虽然老人最终只带回了一具鱼的`骨架，但他伟大的精神力量，向大自然昭示着：这就是英雄！

宋代刘过曾说过：“人定兮胜天”。老人让我想到《亮剑》中的一个情节，遭到围困的骑兵连，面对日本一个强大的骑兵纵队，没有投降，没有逃跑，而是义无反顾地面对强大的敌人。虽然最后都牺牲了，却赢得了对手的尊重。真正的英雄就是在一切强大势力面前保持自己的尊严，顽强而永不妥协，哪怕明知是死，也要冲上去，不屈不挠地斗争！我们八年抗战，三年内战，不就是这么过来的吗？

在那个年代，我们中国涌现出了千千万万的这样的英雄，然而现在，我们更需要这样的人，社会要进步，这种精神是必不可少的。我想，这种精神，是一个民族的保障和动力，这种精神，也是一个人生存的力量。

刚读完刘胡兰的故事，我心情万分激动。刘胡兰出生在云周西村的一个贫苦家庭。起早贪黑的劳动，一年到头却得不到什么。刘胡兰虽小，但很懂事。刚上抗日小学的时候，她还不懂什么是八路军。

过了一段时间，刘胡兰学到了很多知识，认识了八路军。她积极抗日，但在1947年1月，被国民党杀害。刘胡兰是多么英勇啊。她就算是死也动摇不了她抗日的决心。

像刘胡兰这样的革命烈士还有好多。比如，王二小，王璞，“小萝卜头”宋振中，林森火……他们都有同样的精神，那就是热爱祖国，无私忘我，不辞艰辛的英雄民族精神。

生的伟大，死的光荣，这是毛主席对刘胡兰一生的崇高评价，也是对一切为祖国解放与独立而牺牲的革命烈士的光荣写照！

“不到长城非好汉，”到北京旅游，当然应该去看一看闻名中外的万里长城了！

今天一早，我们就乘坐公交来到著名的八达岭长城。我要和妈妈、外公一起征服“好汉坡”，当一回英雄好汉。来到长城脚下，首先吸引我的是“狗熊乐园”里那几只憨态可掬的黑色大狗熊了。他们在熊山上爬来爬去，还不时向游人摇摇手掌，左右摆头，爬上小梯子向我们讨要食物。看到它们吃得津津有味的样子，大家都笑了。妈妈提醒我：“欣欣，我们到这里来不是来看狗熊的，而是要当英雄的。抓紧时间，我们要去乘坐小滑车了！”看着身边来来往往的人流，我们赶快跑到八达岭长城滑车乘坐的地点。乘坐小滑车，很快我们来到八达岭的北四楼。“接下来的路程可全都需要靠我们用双腿前进了。”妈妈不放心，提前给我打了预防针。我挺了挺胸，信心十足地说：“我可是要当小英雄的，当然不会耍赖皮。”

走上北四楼，我就被长城雄伟壮丽的景象吸引住了。它雄踞在每一座山峰的顶上，一直向西北的山脉蜿蜒。一块块巨大的砖石堆砌成北高南低的城墙。墙上就像邮票上的齿缝，

有一个个高高突起的瞭望墙。妈妈说：“长城是中华民族的象征，是中国人的骄傲，这是世界上最长的古代防御性建筑。”我不知道什么事防御性建筑，妈妈告诉我“就是防止敌人进攻的建筑设施。长城最早建于春秋战国时期，特别是秦始皇统一天下后，为了能够保住江山，，把那个时候各个国家的防御墙连接起来，形成了长城。但真正的万里长城一直修建到明朝才形成现在的样子。万里长城万里长城，长城到现在已经有两千多年的历史，是中国最著名的古建筑。”我怀着崇敬的心情开始了长城的攀登之旅。

我们一路前行，虽然今天阳光灿烂，但北风仍然在而耳呼啸，冷得人直打哆嗦。长城的砖石由于年代久远，踩上去十分滑，许多台阶是十分高耸且陡峭的，想一步迈上去十分辛苦。许多地方还是非常滑的陡坡，如果没有旁边的铁扶栏的帮助，人很容易滑倒的。寒冷与危险，当年驻守长城的士兵们一定非常辛苦吧！“为了保卫国家，他们是无名的英雄。”妈妈感慨的说。

一路走来，墙上、地上的砖石上刻着许多字令我十分奇怪，我不解地问：“妈妈，这些字是干什么的？是纪念修长城的人的吗？”妈妈摇摇头。“是像天安门广场上人民英雄纪念碑那样，用来纪念保卫国家、保卫长城而牺牲的士兵的'吗？”妈妈难过地说：“不是的。这是一些不文明的游客留下的。”“难道他们是想别的游客看到他们曾经来到这里过，然后踩着他们的名字继续前进吗？”我问道。妈妈笑了，说：“是啊！这就是英雄与狗熊的区别。英

昨天下午一场阵雨过后，我和妈妈来到生活区旁的小树林玩，树林里的空气好清爽。我捡根细木棍在地上翻起来，蚂蚁、蚯蚓还有西瓜虫都被我翻了出来。还在枯叶下、树皮上发现了蝉脱的壳，而树上的蝉这时也叫的正欢，好像在大合唱似的。

在一棵树下我捡到一只蝉，捏着它我仔细观察，发现蝉没有像人一样的嘴，只有一根像吸管一样的东西，这......难道是蝉的嘴?那它怎么会发声呢?是吹出来的声音吗?我问妈妈，妈妈说，看看《法布尔昆虫记》就知道为什么了。

蝉的生命一开始就注定是孤独的：夏天，蝉妈妈在树枝上挖许多小洞，生下几百颗蝉宝宝后就精疲力竭而死，就是说蝉一生下来就是孤儿，就没有妈妈的照顾，能不能长大全靠运气，因为它们的天敌很多。

三个月后，已经有眼睛的金黄色蝉宝宝，在一个有阳光的天气自己爬出小洞，脱去身上的薄膜倒挂在树枝上，等皮晒干变硬后，让自己掉到地上，快速挖洞钻入地下，因为这是一段危险的时间，钻进地下之前一只蚂蚁都可以要它的命，所以蝉必须在几分钟内挖一个水井一样的洞穴钻进去，开始了孤独而漫长的地下生活。之所以说漫长，是因为蝉要在地下足足生活四五年，甚至十几年的时间才能重回地面。

蝉在漆黑的地下，身上陆续长出触觉毛，帮它感知周围的情况。蝉在黑暗中不再需要双眼，它的视力慢慢退化。它最乐此不彼的事就是不停的盖房子。冬天冷蝉就挖更深的洞，可以住的暖和一点。夏天再爬高离地面近一点。蝉的食物就是地下的树根，它吸干树根的汁液后就不停地搬家盖房子，于是建筑房子的技术越来越高明。蝉的房子就像笔直的隧道，隧道底部是宽敞干净的房间，墙壁非常光滑，是蝉用自己的尿液和成泥，用腹部涂抹在墙壁上，所以墙很光滑。

蝉在地下几次脱皮后，蝉慢慢长大。四五年或十几年后的一个夏日，孤独的它终于要出洞了，出洞前蝉特意挖一个竖井一样的通道在此等候，刮风下雨天不行，外面有危险也不行，必须是个安静的夜晚或黎明，当蝉浑身上下沾满泥巴地爬出洞后，身体颜色就渐渐变深，白色眼球慢慢变黑，它的视力恢复了。

蝉出洞后需要再脱一次皮，才能变成真正的成年蝉。它爬上一根树枝，紧紧抱住。脱皮时背部中间出现一条裂缝，裂缝越来越大，蝉的头部首先脱出壳，然后是背部，最后蝉像做后空翻一样让腹部出壳，整个脱皮时间需要30分钟。再经过三个小时，蝉被风吹拂或阳光照射后，外皮就变结实了。它张开翅膀开始第一次在天空飞翔。

回到地面生活的蝉还是吸食树汁，它吸管一样的嘴插进树皮，像抽水机似的抽出树汁。蝉作为夏日歌唱家的快活日子开始了，它不再孤独，而是加入家族的大合唱，虽然只有短短的几个星期，它的生命就将结束，但蝉每天都尽情地高声歌唱，声音热情又洪亮。

夏天我们听到的蝉鸣都是公蝉在唱歌，母蝉不能，因为只有公蝉的身体下面有两块叫音响盖的盖片，音响盖下有一个发声器官。我掀开音响盖果然看到左右两边各有一个小洞，这两个小洞就是共鸣器，但发声最重要的部分在蝉翅膀下面，稍稍鼓起的背垫里，那儿有白色的发音膜，膜上有发音肌，它收缩时牵动发音膜，于是蝉就能发出清脆的鸣叫。发音肌每秒钟伸缩一百多次，所以我们就听到蝉不停的鸣叫了。

公蝉与母蝉结婚不久就会死去，而母蝉也会在生下蝉宝宝后很快死去。蝉的一生大部分时间是在孤独中度过的，整个夏天是蝉爸爸蝉妈妈生命中最快乐最热闹的日子，夏天走了，蝉儿也走了，离开了这个它在黑暗中盼望了很久很久的、美丽的世界......

不过羌老师虽然很严厉，但还是深受我们的喜欢。她会奖励给我们礼物。与其说是奖励，倒不如说是我们用汗水换来的。每一次表现好，她都会给我们发带着她签名的她“假钱”，同学们再用积攒的“假钱”去她那儿换自己喜欢的物品，那时的羌老师笑嘻嘻的，我们感觉到她是天底下最温柔最可爱的老师。每次我们都会满载而归，而她却“破产”了。

羌老师时而幽默，时而严厉；时而温柔，时而变幻无常，深得大家的喜欢，我也越来越喜欢英语这门课程。

下午我们上了一节英语课，学的是第四单元的内容——我的家。

首先老师在黑板上写了家（home）和房间（room）两个单词，叫一个同学出来给它们标＞和＜符号。那个同学把家和房间中间填了一个小于号——家＜房间，同学们哄堂大笑，我笑得肚子都疼了。

而后，老师又在黑板上写了go to这个词，又在后面写了个大大的“｛”符号，在这个符号里第一行写了客厅（living room）把中文也些了，在中文后面写（watch tv）。接着第二行写了书房（study） 同样写出中文，在中文后面又加上（read a book），在第三行写了厨房（kitchen ），接着又写了（have a snack）老师让我们先反复读这三行，接着老师就说watch tv那一边的词，让我们来用英语回答是在那个房间做的，我们有的跟着老师读了这句话，有的就把watch tv。说成在study ，有的还说成在 kitchen。然后，老师又让我们掉转过来说。老师说在那个房间，同学们回答做什么。结果呢有同学在kitchen read a book还有同学还是在study watch tv。玩完这个游戏老师说：“我们吃完东西了应该去厕所”，接下来就写了bath room的`英文和中文并在里面做什么take a shower洗澡，同学们一听到bath room就开始笑了，一直笑个不停。老师教会我们这个单词之后，又带我们玩了一次有趣的游戏。

我们正好分成四组，而且刚学了四个新单词，就叫每一组读go to什么，做什么。结果第三组有两个词不会读，被罚站了。每到bath room单词时，我们都不会读，只能站在那儿，只要我们第二次会读了就可以坐下。

这堂英语课真是很快乐，又记住了这些单词。我希望每堂课都这样快乐美好。
