对于我而言，一年中最放松的要说是过年期间的一连串儿节日，而过年的乐趣就在于“吃”。
对于吃而言，各国有各国的吃法，各地有各地的吃法，各人有各人的吃法，每天又单有不同的吃法。而在中国北方，当“过年”、“家人”和“吃”组合在一起的时候，就一定会摩擦出“炸食”的火花。

位列第一的一定是炸麻花。把材料混在一起，在油温合适的时候沉入锅中，再被捞起来的时候，就已经周身金黄，四周飘香了～配方中含有植物油，又有鸡蛋、芝麻，混在一起味道自然没得说。香而不腻的气味环绕在脑袋周围，顺着鼻腔一路窜到大脑，令人几乎忘记了烫手的温度，想一把抓起麻花塞进嘴里。做得成功的麻花定然“色、香、味俱全”，颜值也不会低。炸好的.麻花静静的躺在筐子里，这时候仔细观察它，粗细均匀。趁热吃，酥软的面渣布满整嘴，与气味不同的香甜弥漫开来。
其次便是炸年糕了。把蒸好的年糕晾凉后切成片，放进油锅中炸制。口感香糯。
除此之外，薯条、薯片也都是必备的假期零食。美味的食物可以让人们做任何事都满心欢喜，尤其是与家人团圆的佳节时分。
