Every years essential meal is the new years Eve dinner. In order to prepare this meal, my grandparents and my mother began to prepare ingredients in the first few weeks of new years Eve. My grandfather went to the market to buy beef, mutton and other ingredients. Grandma pickled chicken, meat and other pickles and filled sausages at home, while mom made dumplings and egg dumplings at home, the most impressive of which should be the process of filling sausages.
