英语、语文、数学，是我和同学攀比的三张牌。数学可以说是我的王牌，不用担心;语文对于我来说在于中等水平，一场考试下来，得个百分左右不是问题;可是英语对于我来说，真的是个弱点，上午最后两节合并考试课结束，我的感觉不是很好。

有个问题我一直不懂：语数外都是主课，为什么绝大多数爸妈都非常看重数学这一课?不是说语文和英语他们不看重，总觉得语文和英语的程度比数学总差了不少，他们最看重数学。我爸妈也是，只要数学试卷成绩一出来，他们会一下子冲来抢着卷子看，但语文和英语成绩出来，他们会问得分，但是对卷子的兴趣就不那么足了。

现在我爸对我的数学成绩也麻木了，试卷给他看，他也懒得看，直接签字，倒是开始问语文和英语的情况了。我想下一步他会培养我的英语，对英语进行强化，这是个好事。

总之，下一步我也会多做英语题，争取得高分。

(二)充分利用，展开训练。利用教材的结构特点，展开训练说和写、读和写相互结合和转换的练习。

利用教材的内容：将相关单元的内容相结合，延伸语言的训练。

(三)变换形式，让学生“动起来” 。教师依然可以进一步开发教材，将原有教材的内容或呈现形式更生动、更充分的用起来。

所谓一千个哈姆雷特一千种性格，同样的教材内容，因为每位老师解读的角度不同，处理的方式也可能千差万别。我们的最终目标是用好教材，为促进学生的学习和成长服务。

三、有教学效果评价方面，评价方式要多样化。

四、有课后反思方面，要进行多角度认真深入分析、反思和总结。

通过这次培训，想说的话真的很多，但我明白，只有把培训中学到的知识技能转化成自我前进的内驱力，我才会在教学中有所成。今后，我会以此次学习为契机我也相信在倾听、记录、反思、沉淀、实践中，我的英语教学之路会愈趋于成熟。把所学应用到平日教学中，把学生的能力、学习成绩都大幅提高，促进大面积提高教学质量。

入校

今天，我们在指导老师的带领下，走进了实习的高中学校，这个让我既期待又有几分畏惧的地方。

实习学校给我们高度的重视，校长、主任亲自接待，给我们每个人都选派了两位指导老师，一位指导英语教学，一位指导班主任工作。实习见面会上跟自己的指导老师见了面，校长对实习做了简短的介绍。在这次见面会上，一下子被称呼为老师觉得很不适应，好像不是在叫自己，但也就从这样一刻开始我多了一个身份：实习老师。

然而当跟着自己的实习指导老师走出会议室的那一刻，当跟自己的同学们分开的那一刻，感觉全世界就剩下我自己了，接下来的一切就全靠自己了。这也许是我步入职场的前奏吧。

下午，跟班里的学生见了面，做了简单的自我介绍。学生们似乎对我们这些实习老师充满了极大的兴趣，班内的气氛很是火爆。

同时，在我踏入教室走上讲台的那一刻，我懂了自己身上的担子：为人师表，学为典范。

一天下来虽然很累，却很充实，开始期待明天的到来。

3月7日星期三天气晴

第一课

按照昨天老师的安排，今天早上和学生一起上早读，然后便开始实习的第一环节：听课。

早上很早就来到了学校，站在教室外面整理自己的心情。随着一声声清脆的老师好的传来，心中油然升起一种自豪与欣慰。

走进教室，跟学生简单问候，便进入了今天早读的正题：领读单词。翻开单词表，每个单词早已在心中读过多遍，随着第一个单词的发出，渐渐地适应，声音也在加大，心情也归于平静，很快就读完了单词。问题也随之而来，三十分钟的早读只过了五分钟，剩下的时间又该干什么呀？毕竟跟学生还不熟，简单的聊了几句便退出了教室。

早读之后听了第一节现代课堂的英语课。时隔七年，早已忘记了自己当初的课堂是如何进行的，对今天的这节课充满了期待。

听完课后，总体感觉老师讲的很细，好像是在给小学生讲课，每一个单词，每一句话，每一个语法点都一一介绍、讲解、翻译，课堂教学只是在自然中过度，似乎没有原先想的那么完美。以前教育学、教学法课堂上讲的各种英语教学理论、教学模式也并没有在课堂上体现出来。看来理论与现实还是存在差距的。纸上得来终觉浅，绝知此事要躬行，以往课本上学到的理论还要在今后的实践中融会贯通。

开班会

按照学校的惯例，今天下午最后一节课要召开班会，久别的高中班会不知道在今天发展成什么样子了。

这次的班会着让我震惊，不同于我所熟悉的班会形式，他们的班会由班长主持。首先公布了过去一周的小组量化，倒数的三个组还要唱班歌以示再接再厉。其次，班里还评选了过去一周的学习之星和进步之星，并且推荐人要陈述推荐理由，最后班主任给这两星获得者颁发奖状，这一项于我来说倒是挺新鲜的。第三项，班长对班内过去一周存在的问题，生活上、学习上等做简单说明。班会最后才是办主任讲话，向学生传达学校最新指示，批评存在的问题，表扬表现好的。这才让我有种似曾相识的感觉。接下来是我的时间，受班主任之托，给班内学生讲一下大学生活的美好，激发他们的学习动力，并介绍一下学习英语的技巧和方法。

当我在学生们热烈的掌声中走上讲台的那一刻又不知道说什么了，虽然提前准备了，但由于太紧张一下子全乱了，自己都不知道在说什么了，也没有了时间概念，只是在那机械般讲话。班内的气氛赶来开始还挺活跃，火来渐渐地安静了。

之后总结，或许是自己讲的有些严肃，又或许这样的话他们早已听的耳朵都长茧子了。总之，通过这第一次的登台亮相更让我明白台上一分钟，台下十年功的道理。我要更好的准备才能在讲台上游刃有余。

第一节语法课

今天挺老实讲名词性从句的语法课。从接触语法至今，语法一直让我很头疼，语法规则记了又忘，或者记住了也不会应用，从来做题全凭自己的主观判断。说好听点叫语感，其实有时候就是在瞎蒙。已经不记得自己的高中语法课是怎么上的了，印象中似乎没有真正上过语法课，又或者我根本就听不懂语法课。

这节课老师把知识点讲的很细，我学到了不少东西，也第一次真正懂了一些语法规则的内涵。就像老师说的，你的明白为什么选这个而不选那个，不是单纯的用汉语翻译一下通顺了就行了，而应该用具体的规则来解释。一下子让我茅塞顿开，这些规则原来就如同数学的公式原理，要用他们来做题。只有这样，做语法题是即使读不懂句子也能分析出句子的各个成分，也就知道怎么去做题。

真是那句话：学无止境。对于英语基础知识差的我正好可以借这个机会好好补补，慢慢掌握用语法规则来做题。并且要学会问为什么，搞明白一切，只有这样才能教会学生。

3月15日星期四天气阴

听同学上课

由于我的英语指导老师只上一个班的课，一周也只有五节课，要是再因为什么事情耽搁一下，我一周根本就听不了几节课。总是想多听几节课，于是便去听其他班的'课。正好有一个同学要讲课，借此机会便去听了她的课。

这是一节讲解练习题的课。总体感觉她讲的挺好的，很自然，学生的热情也很高，课堂气氛很活跃。对于刚刚走上讲台的我们，能有如此水平已属不易了。但从她的课中也发现了一些小的问题，缺少与学生的眼神交流，并且束缚于讲台。

听完这节课收获颇多，真正看到了启发式教学的应用，像看到什么了呀？它是什么意思呀？看到它你想到了什么呀？这样的课堂指令一下子把学生的思维给激活了，并且可以借此机会充分驾驭课堂。这给我积累了经验和教训，在保证正常的授课外还要注意细节的把握，如学生的注意力、兴趣等。同时要尽量的摆脱讲台的束缚，走到学生中间去，给每位学生直接的眼神交流，还要注意课堂时间的掌控。

总之一句话，在学习中进步，一切充分准备。

试卷批改

今天给学生批给了试卷。总体给我一个感觉：态度不端正。作为，学生却以自己的喜好做题，不想做的题就空着，答题也不规范，有的只写几句话应付了事，有的干脆不写。

回想自己高中时的学习，跟他们似乎是隔了一代。那时候的我们对待考试极其的重视，根本不会出现选择性做题的情况，可今天的他们又是怎么想的呢？

我知道他们英语基础很不好，为此我很焦虑，总想着带给他们点什么，想尽我所能帮助他们，然而却不知从何处下手。

这些孩子绝对可以说是衣食无忧，并且还是家中的独生子独生女。虽然有好的家庭，接受现代化的教育，可为什么基础还是那么差呢？小学三年级开始有英语课现在都高一了连一百字的作文都写不出来。很是诧异今天的学校教育，素质教育下教出的到底是什么样的人才？虽说是德智体美劳全面发展，但当前的大局势还没有改变，还是应试教育，还是得考试，有些东西还是得背得记，成绩还是会决定命运，可这又能说明说什么呢？

或许我只看到了其中比较差的一面，可这却是现实存在的问题。他们同样在接受素质教育为什么会有如此大的差距呢？虽然好坏是必然存在的，可他们的优势又在哪呢？

我只能是在这发发牢骚。我改变不了大环境，能做的只有尽我所能在这有限的一个月里给他们尽量多的帮助。

3月19日星期一天气阴转晴

第一节实战课

今天，我上了人生中第一节课，一节以老师的身份真正的给学生讲的英语课。虽然以前或多或少的做过课堂模拟教学，但面对一群真实的学生还是第一次。

整节课下来，并没有预想的那么难，面对学生也并不紧张，一切算是按部就班的进行。讲完课后也并未有想象的那么累，虽然讲到最后几分钟嗓子开始发干，但心情还算平静，表情也很自然，跟学生互动也还好。整节课内容很多，没有控制好时间，只是讲到哪算哪。在这节课后半部分，可能由于单纯地讲单词有点枯燥，学生的热情也减少了。

课后，跟指导老师沟通了基本的情况，整体上得到了肯定，只是在细节上还存在很多问题。首先，内容上扩展太深，太细，涉及的内容超出了学生的当前水平。其次，课堂指令上，对每一个环节要进行的内容缺乏明确的引导，课堂指令发送不到位，环节过度上太突兀。最后，不了解学生，对学生当前的水平不了解，对他们的心理也不清楚。

根据老师提出的几点建议和自己的反思，也意识到了自己的不足。整节课节奏太快，内容太多，似乎是在灌输，没能让学生及时的巩固。问题总是在所难免的，针对这些问题，要在今后的实践课中慢慢的纠正，尤其是课堂指令，要留心老师上课所使用的课堂指令，不同指令的差别。我相信会越来越好。

3月22日星期四天气小雨

我错了

今天上了第四节课，发现英语说的越来越少了，大部分课堂指令的发送，知识点的讲解几乎全是用汉语讲的。

今天这节课我多少有点发怒的成分。因为上语法课，大量的时间用在了提问和分析句式上了，虽然整个课堂控制的还行，抓住了学生的注意力，但讲课的进程却大打折扣，大概只讲了四分之一的内容。也不知怎么的只分析了几个句子，做了几道练习题一节课就结束了。而影响课程进度和让我有些不满的主要是领着学生分析了好几遍的句子学生还是分析不出来。下课后，我带着有些抱怨的语气向老师诉说，老师的一席话却让我一下子无地自容了。

我主要向老师抱怨学生分析句式分析不出来，课进行不下去。老师给我提供了一种方法，由于讲的是主语从句，老师的方法是先找出连词，然后顺着连词往后推第一个谓语就是从句的，下一个自然就是主句的，这样一来整个句子也就分析出来了。而我上课用的却是找谓语的方法，先找出主句的谓语，其他成分也就一目了然了。由于我对句子很熟悉了就以为这个方法很简单。

事后反思，觉得自己真是误人子弟呀！分析句式主要目的就是分清主句和从句，而我把要实现的目的当成了已知项，认为主句从句就在那摆着，找个谓语还不简单嘛。哎！自己教学方法不对还埋怨学生笨，真是丢死人了。幸而亡羊补牢，对于教学方法还得慢慢的探索一点点的总结。

3月23日星期五天气阴转晴

第一次独立上课

今天上课前突然收到指导老师的信息，说他因为公务无法来听我的课了。整个人突然有种兴奋感，终于要自己独立的上一节课了。然而上完课后我的兴奋却被浇灭了，我还不能很好的驾驭课堂。

由于没有指导老师听课，我觉得挺轻松的，没有了压力，但学生却更放松，课堂秩序几乎失控。因为还在讲语法，很多学生都不听，进度很慢，再加上几近失控的课堂秩序，我还真有点手足无措。前几节课有老师在后面压阵学生们还能乖乖的听课，即使听不进去也不敢捣乱，可是今天突然没了老师压阵，又加上我平日里跟他们嘻哈惯了，没有树立威严，学生们便乘此机会造反了。

值得欣慰的是在句式结构的分析上有了很大的突破，采用了昨天老师教的方法，学生们分析句式变得很顺利。看来这教学方法才是重中之重呀！

回顾一周以来的这几节课，每节课后都会找指导老师听取意见和建议，自己也在一点点的进步。老师经常强调一点，我们能教给学生什么，经过这节课教学方法改进所取得的成效让我进一步理解了这句话的深刻内涵。每节课都教会学生一点点新知识，或者教给他们一种新的学习方法，这就是最大的胜利。不要期望一下子把全部的内容都让学生掌握，路要一步步的走，知识也要一点点的积累。

3月26日星期一天气晴

提前顺利结束授课

今天这节课进行的很顺利，提前完成了计划的内容，真让我欣慰，这还是第一次进行得如此顺利，更让我欣慰的是上节课所讲的语法知识学生全都掌握了。

这节课的安排是先复习上节课所学的语法点，然后完成范读课文。根据前几节课的经验这些内容足够讲一节课了，由于语法是学生们最头疼的，我还担心又完不成任务。

回顾语法点的时候，几乎还没有用我的提示，学生们就一股脑的全说出来了。随后的巩固练习也进行的很顺利，很快就完成了，整个过程用了还不到十五分钟。接下来便是讲解范读课文，只是简单地给学生顺了一遍文章的大意，稍微提示了一下重点的词汇，涉及的语法点简单的带过，一篇文章很快就讲完了。一看距离下课还剩十分钟，除去让学生自己回顾，查漏补缺，还剩七八分钟，又该干什么呢。想开始讲解练习题，又担心讲不了几个题就下课，弄的没头没尾的。经过这几节课发现自己在课堂上不想让自己闲下来，想时刻的保持课堂的活力，时刻吸引学生的注意力。于是便给学生放了一首歌，一方面娱乐放松，另一方面也希望学生从歌词中学几个词组。就这样才算完成了这节课。

课后听取指导老师的建议，语法上取得的成果受到了表扬，只是在讲泛读文章是应该让学生更多地参与，并且要明确阅读的目的。

今天的课让我品尝了胜利的果实，真可谓是功夫不负有心人。

3月28日星期三天气晴

最后一课

今天这节课是我实习期间讲的最后一节课了，正好指导老师去开会没来听我的课，这最后一课又成了我的独立课堂。然而上次的独立课还给我留有些许的阴影，压不住学生，驾驭不了课堂。这节课让我多少还是有点担心。

这节课我要尽量完成这一个单元的全部内容，以便和指导老师做好交接。由于课时压缩了一节课，又加上前面几节课进程慢，把内容拖后了。这节课要讲的内容很多，根本就不可能讲完，只能是尽量讲一些重要的，讲到哪算哪了。

整节课我的情绪一直很低落，想着这是给他们上的最后一节课，心里酸酸地，很不是滋味。但学生们还是那样，课堂上响应者了了。昨天的答题奖励法他们已经厌倦了，只剩下我一个人在那干巴巴的讲，偶尔提问一两个学生，其他人则事不关己的态度忙自己的事。课上到后半节的时候实在进行不下去了，几乎所有的人都低着头，没有人回答我的提问。无奈之下，只得给他们放了一首歌算是多少的吸引了一点兴趣，之后没讲几个题就下课了。

心情沉重的走下了讲台，我的阵地，突然觉得好孤独，一下子对一切失去了兴趣，整个人像霜打的茄子，静静的走回办公室。

一整天总也高兴不起来，像是失去了什么东西，老想一个人静静地坐着。偌大的办公室里只剩下我一个人，就那么呆呆的坐着，想着，也不知道要坐到何时，只知道此刻很安静。

3月29日星期四天气阴转晴

听课，不一样的感受

今天，重新回到了听课。再次的听课却有了不一样的感受，发现自己听得更有目的更有针对性了。讲完了八节课后，从单词到课文到语法再到练习，每个环节都体验了一遍，指导老师也对各个环节提出了指导性的意见和建议。但有些话却不怎么明白，也没能及时有效地改正。经过今天再次听课，以往老师说过的那些话，发现自己一下子全明白过来了。

比如单词方面我讲课受大学的影响，总是想尽量多的罗列单词的意思、搭配和用法。老师说我拓展太深了，学生接受不了，应该给学生讲一些他们跳一跳够得着的东西，否则只会事倍功半。对此我始终没有把握好这个度，经过今天再次听老师讲课，才发现其中的玄机。老师侧重于讲单词的读音、词性及最基本的用法，重点带领学生寻找方法记忆单词，利用最普通的语言，最现实的例子，最具体形象的描述帮助学生记忆。

至于其他方面，课堂指令的发送，练习的目的，课堂的节奏等也有了进一步的体会。

教学相长，要做一名合格的老师我要学的东西还多着呢。

3月30日星期五天气晴

纠结的作文

今天又给学生批改了作文。从第一次改作文存在的问题现在还是存在，虽然每次我都会在给他们的评语中明确的点出存在的问题，像段落布局，单词书写，标点符号等，也单独的跟几个学生谈过他们存在的问题，但整体效果不大。

一直就想找个专门的时间给学生讲讲作文的写作规范问题，拖到现在还是没有讲。有时候觉得这是很简单的问题，给他们指出来了就会改正，但我错了。

于是再次萌生了给他们讲作文的想法，但却遭到了同学的反对，认为我太自以为是了，老师们都没有办法解决的问题难道凭我的三言两语就给解决了？

即便如此，我还是想尝试一下，至少不会是多此一举。只要有一个学生能够受益那也就算是没有白讲。我始终认为作文不可能在短时间内在句式结构和用词上取得大的进步，作文是一个积累的过程，但在规范上还是可以的。还是老师那句话，能教给他们一点点也就足够了。

3月31日星期六天气晴

准备礼物

明天就要离校了，在离开之前想送给与自己朝夕相处一个月的学生们一份礼物。经过昨天的苦思冥想终于想到了送他们每人一张奖状，写上几句话，英语的，算是一种纪念吧。

然而这一突发奇想在实际的操作上却让我绞尽了脑汁。首先，学生中还有一半的没有对上号，对上号的又不是很了解，不知道该给他们写些什么。其次，要用英文写，能想到的汉语句子都不多，英语的就更少了。再者，我想给他们每个人写的都不一样，而且还要符合他们的性格特点。只这一点就足以让我头疼的了。一上午的时间只写了十几份，还是我比较熟悉的那几个学生。剩下的有的连男女都分不清就更不知道该写些什么了。

中午课间，将一些我不熟悉的学生列了出来，在班内随便找了几个人让他们简单的描述一下。由于是在跟他们聊天，学生们也没有什么顾虑，在玩笑中我收集到了第一手资料。又用了一下午的时间才算最终完成。

看着厚厚的一摞奖状，和上面精心写下的话语，心中充满了期待，期待看到学生拿到这份礼物时的喜悦。

4月1日星期日天气晴

离校

今天是实习的最后一天，今天之后这里的一切将会成为我美好的回忆。并且今天所做的每一件事都是最后的一次。

早上给学生们带了最后一节早读，虽然是语文的。之后给他们发了精心准备的礼物，每发完一张心中总会沉重一分，看着他们拿到奖状时有的欢喜，有的淡然，我的心情也在五味中更迭。之后听完了最后一节课。课间最后一次给他们监督课间操。再之后就等着结束了。

接下来的半天一直待在办公室里，胡乱的想着什么，心里乱糟糟的，只是在一遍遍的打扫着这里的角角落落。空荡荡的办公室留下了太多的回忆，要离开了却又有几分不舍。

下午跟指导老师道别，本想再到教室里和学生见一面，说几句话，不巧的是学生上体育课，到教室的时候他们已经准备下楼了。只和几个学生说了几句就分别了。空荡的教室只剩下了空荡的我，一次次的回头，依依不舍的离开。

总也不想迈步，似乎在期待着什么。期待会有一个学生出现在我的面前亲切的叫一声老师好，期待自己可以再和他们一起上课，可一切已经结束了。

我只是他们人生中的过客，也许用不了多久就会被遗忘，可他们将永远在我心里。
