MY BACKGROUND

I was born in a small village of Shan Dong Province on April 4th, 1968. When I was young, my family was very poor, so I had to work to earn money to help my parents after class when I was in the middle school.

In 1986 I was admitted by University of International Business and Economics (or: UIBE) to pursue a bachelor degree in Economics. My major is accounting in Department of International Business Management. The undergraduate education gave me a wide range of vision and taught me how to cooperate with others. I developed several professional interests in Accounting, Finance, and International Trade.

The following eight-year working experience offered me a good chance to give full play to my creativity, intelligence and diligence. In 1990-1993, I worked as an assistant to funding manager in China National Technical Import and Export Corporation. In 1993-present, I was employed by China Kingdom Import and Export Corporation to be the Manger of Financial and Accounting Division.

I do believe that with my hard early life, solid educational background and ample working experience, I would be an excellent student of you MBA program.

MY PERSONAL ACCOMPLISHMENT:

After graduating from UIBE, I was employed as the assistant to the funding manager by China National Technical Import and Export Corporation. After reading a lot of related files, and analyzing the overall funding situation of the corporation, I found that the loan policy was not been put into effect. So we have thousands of millions RMB loan with very high interest rate while a large amount of cash in bank with very low interest rate was idle. I reported this to my supervisor, and then we studied and revised the loan policy. This revision saved the corporation approximately RMB thirty millions yuan. In order to raise the funding effectiveness, after one year’s hard work, I developed the internal banking system within the corporation based on the actual funding supply and need of the different divisions and projects. This internal banking system made full use of the corporation’ funding resources, and due to this, I was highly praised by the president of the corporation.

WHY CHOOSE YOUR MBA PROGRAM?

After I have worked in business area for eight years, I feel that I need to continue my education by pursuing a Master degree in business administration. I have practiced my professional expertise in accounting, demonstrated my leadership abilities and perfected my communication skills. But I have yet to become an entrepreneur in my own right, and to fully master the art of modern business. I want to be trained more vigorously in scientific methods of analysis and synthesis. There are a lot of opportunities and challenges in China that I do not yet fell fully confident to seize. 1、正视农村市场的现状：

与城市市场相比，农村市场是一个消费群体高度分散、区域差异明显的低端消费市场，在经济交通、生活水平及消费意识方等方面都存在着较大的差距，从而也就决定了农村市场具有它的独特性，不仅是白酒企业需要谨慎考虑，其它厂家也是一样的。所以，如果把城市营销的手法直接运用到农村市场是行不通的，只有针对农村消费市场的实际情况不断创新营销策略才能达到事半功倍的效果，否则，每战皆北，向隅而泣！

在城区，A地与B地的市场情况虽然不一样，但差别不是太大，现在，多者通常也习惯于以“地级市场”为最小营销单位进行区别运作，从而采取不同的营销策略。但在农村，不仅存在发达农村与贫困农村之间的差异，即使同一个村，也多有山这边富裕、沟那边贫穷的状况，这主要是受自然环境和交通条件等因素的影响。也即是说：不同的农村市场区域之间存在很大的差异性，且这种差异性的密集度很高，包括经济发展水平不平衡、区域文化的差异和各地购买力的层次不一等等，这就对我们在农村市场的推广与管理带来了一定的难度。

在农村市场，多以地方品牌居多，且杂乱无章，一些假冒伪劣商品更是充斥其市。这里，不少的农村消费者更是习惯于购买当地的一些小酒作坊酿制的散酒喝。

白酒商品在农村市场的流通渠道一般是通过县级批发商→乡镇→村组→消费者，各级渠道商普遍存在文化素质不高，在营销管理、市场运作、仓储配送能力方面更是比较薄弱。

在农村市场的一些小商场和小卖铺，一般分布面较广、不太集中，且规模、大小、品类各异，可谓参差不齐。在这些零散的终端经销点中，多数又都是农资百货兼卖、顺带副食酒品，当然更谈不上明显的白酒专营店铺，这样一来，对我们开发终端市场造成了一定的难度。

农村白酒市场需要创新营销，但更需要诚信营销，因为憨厚、爽直是广大农村消费者的特点，他们不喜欢或很少象城里人那样追求时尚和赶时髦，他们往往虽然缺乏对品牌的理性认识，但在消费行为方面却是比较感性的。如你的产品质优价廉，服务也好，农村消费者会越来越喜欢你、并忠诚于你的品牌；但如果你在他们面前如有一回不老实，他们就有可能另选其主，甚至对你恨之入骨，所以，白酒新农村营销更需要的是诚信与务实。

开发农村白酒市场，是施行通路下沉，通过深度推广实现市场扩张，最终达到“从农村包围城市”之目的。但要开发广袤无垠的农村白酒市场决不能狮子大开口，一下就欲吃个饱！一定要针对自己的产品特性与企业实际情况有针对性地选择开发市场，因为不同区域的农村市场存在较大的差异。笔者认为，宜从局部市场做起，以点带面，精耕细作，逐步推广。建议根据地理位置、经济水平、风俗习惯和口味喜好等原则，按“县（市）”行政区域进行市场划分，并以县级市场为直接输出端口，以各乡镇为一级分销渠道；一般可将县级市场整体划分为几个销售区域，各区域市场再以乡镇为单位进行运作并向村级市场渗透。

5、文化定位：

Covering an area of 24 square KM,the Yin Ruins at xiaotun village was the site of an ancient capital city 3000 years ago.

In ancient times,xiaotun was called Yin to which king Pangeng of the shang Dynasty migrated his capital. As a capital for 273 years, it saw 12 kings and 8 generations .The period was called the Yin shang or the Yin Dynasty in history. The city declined after the Yin had been overthrown and the remains of the Shang Dynasty was latter called the Yin Ruins.

In 1961,the Yin Ruins was listed as the first group of culture relics under state-level protection .In order to prevent it from further damage and preserve the culture it represents.Garden of Yin Ruins was built on the site of the Ruins in 1987.

Well,the whole garden is skillfully designed and built on the exact site of the original buildings.All the buildings in the garden are built on rammed terraces with thatched double-eaved roofs. The rafters beams are decorated with fine carvings of dragon, cicade and other animals.

Ok, now we’re in the main entrance to the garden,it’s a specially designed gate built in the way, the word “gate”wasfinely carved with beautiful designs of dragon,phoenix,tiger,cicada and so on. On the top of the gate is the words”Garden of the Yin Ruins”,written by Mr.Zhougu cheng,a famous historian in China. The garden is divided into several sections.

They were used as divinations in the Shang Dynasty.when people they were very superstitious.The contents of these in ions cover wide fields, ranging from sacrifice wars,states affairs to weather,hunting etc, and provide important information for the study of the Shang society.

Well, apart from the oracle in ions , bronze wares are another part of the culture relics unearthed from the ruins,which shows that the technology of bronze castingreachedits peak in the Shang Dynasty.The bronze wares include vessels,weapons,chariots and so on. “simuwuding” a bronze weighing 875kilograms,is 1.33 merters long and 0.78 meter wide .Elegant in appearance and intricately carved in patterns.It’s the best of bronze wares unearthed so far in the world . There are also many other artifacts excaveted in the Yin Ruins including pottery s, stone and brone s,jade, shell s, lacquer ware , ivory carvings and bamboo articles, all beautiful in shape and well made.

4、铺排次序。

内容的先后次序也很重要，是否能紧握面试官的注意力，全在于内容的的编排方式。所以排在第一位的，应该是我们最想要面试官记得的事情，这些一般都是你最得意之作。如果可以呈上一些有关的作品或记录还增加印象分。

5、身体语言。

各位尊贵的来宾，各位亲爱的同学，女士们先生们，大家晚上好!

我是书画社26届理事会理事，财务部副部长林典标。我竞选的职位是社长。

首先先在这里谢谢各位在这一年来对我的支持、抬举和包容了。去年的秋天，在会员大会上，也是在这样的一个讲台上，也是面对着大家，我庄严地宣誓就职，之后在很长的时间里，还不断有人和我说，我的那次发言形象活泼，生动有趣，还把两个部长都赶下了台，也谢谢大家都还记挂着。

去年也是一次发言，今天也是一次发言，去年的发言宣告我的理事生涯的开始，今天的发言却宣告我的理事生涯的结束。新一届的理事会和社长团在接下来的12个小时之内就会产生，这也意味着我们现在的理事会和社长团即将退任。我平时不算是一个多愁善感的人，但是这次的散伙却是我感到从未有过的无所适从和失魂落魄。在这里借大家的掌声，感谢我们老一任的理事会和社长团在这一年中的辛勤工作并表达新一任的继承人对他们的深深眷恋和美好祝福。

说说为什么我要留任，其实有时连我自己也很难说清楚。

可能大家会觉得我是因为喜欢书画和传统文化，才留在书画社。确实，这是一个原因。

还有一个很重要的原因就是因为对书画社和书画社的人那份不能割舍的情分和大家对我的殷切的期盼和鼓励使我油然而生的那份责任感。至于是不是因为书画社能给我提供什么平台和资源，给我提供锻炼的机会，肯定会有，但这个我真的不会在乎，这也不会是我的主观的意愿，也不是我留下来竞选的原因，如果有，那也只能说是客观的效应而已。

为了说明问题，我就再一次简要地交代一下我和书画社之间那些美丽的故事。我并不是像在座的大部分同学这样，能在一进入大学，大一一开始就能幸运地加入书画社的。而是到了大一快要结束，大概就是去年的今天，才开始在书画社活动的。那是还不是会员，但是书画社的同学却一直对我很热情友好，这让我很感动。很快我融入了这个大家庭，并且结识了这一大帮有着共同兴趣爱好的朋友。在书法上，得到了现在正在暨南大学攻读美学专业书法方向硕士学位的刘晓生师兄的指导，进步也比较明显。后来则担任了理事，这里要感谢师兄师姐们的信任和器重。此后我则一直与书画社和书画社的同事们保持紧密良好的关系，做事业比较用心，参加或者组织了书画社大大小小的各种活动，对书画社的成员和各种制度也都比较熟悉。

留在书画社，还有一个原因，当然是因为对书法的喜爱。再说的大一点，则是对中国民族传统文化的喜爱。包括我正在尝试着转入文学院中文系就读，与其说是对中国书法和中国文学的喜爱，不如说是对中国文化的喜爱。我想，是书画社和书画社的朋友使我认识到自己的真正所爱并且给予了我追求自己兴趣爱好的勇气和信心，这样的知遇之恩我觉得我是一辈子也不能忘记的。为什么我会对中国的文化这样着迷呢?我想从一个方面来说明。我们对比一下美国的文化和中国的文化就可以得到一些启发。美国的文化对我们社会的影响是最大的。它的原型是美国西部牛仔文化，这是一种典型的进取型文化，我们平时听到的永不放弃，永不止步就是这种文化的特征，这种文化虽然刚性有余然而韧性不足，其实不是一种成熟的文化。相比之下，中国的文化系统则要成熟得多，因为中国文化的既有儒家进取入世刚强的一面，又有道家柔弱谦退的水性智慧的一面，是一种更为成熟的文化。在这样刚柔并济的文化下，人更容易得到一种心灵的平衡。它所出现的则是一种“达则兼济天下，穷则独善其身”的更为中庸辩证的生活态度。

从书法和文化的关系上来讲，书法在中国文化中有着极其重要的地位，古人往往将书法的修炼视同人格的修炼，以至于后人说书法是中国文化核心的核心，可想而知，书法中包涵着多少中国文化的观念与思想。书法是窥视中国文化很好的一个窗口和载体。所以，我认同“我们要用文化的视角看书法，而不是仅仅用一种艺术或者是技术的视角看书法”，原因就在这里。所以留在书画社有一个好处，就是可以保持一种诗意的、美学的、古典的、充满文化气息的生活。我想，这也是书画社一直坚守传统的原因。

至于对书画社工作的展望，我想我会利用自己的特长和兴趣，努力加强书画社在学术方面的建设，加强书画社的人文氛围。我也不敢轻易地做出承诺。孔子说，先行其言而后从之。就说应该先做了再说出来。又说，君子欲讷于言而敏于事，就是说君子不应该说太多好听的话，而应该在实干之处精敏。如果大家信得过我，那就请看我的实际行动吧。

说这些，大家应该就可以理解为什么我会留在书画社了，希望大家信任我，支持我。

脚踩毛毛拖鞋，身穿毛茸睡衣，躺在铺着毛毯的温暖大床上，手旁还有是我的两个“侍寝”对象――毛茸玩偶。

我是个不折不扣的毛茸茸爱好者。

我天生对有毛有绒的东西情有独钟。小时候最钟爱的是一个个我视为掌上明珠的毛绒玩偶，至今爱好未变如此，对此，妈妈颇有微词。每当我抱着毛绒玩偶沉醉其中时，妈妈总会长叹一声道：憨样！

不怕大家笑话，我给家里每一个毛绒娃娃都封了号，比如p贵妃、美羊妃、球球妃、狗贵人等。其中最受我亲睐的以及经常“侍寝”的两位嫔妃就是p贵妃和羊贵妃了。它俩在我的后宫已是十几年的老人儿了，但我对她们的喜爱仍然没有丝毫减退。因为她俩的模样太招人喜欢了，她们都长有圆溜溜的黑眼睛，好似闪闪发光的宝石，鼻子下都有天真灿烂的笑容。

p贵妃是一只小熊，因为她的裙子是粉色的，粉色裙子上面的英文首字母为p，所以赐名为小p。它如此受宠是有原因的。她的.脸大大的，脸颊两边好似两颗大肉球，四肢胖胖的。小p的全身塞满了棉花，抱起来十分轻便，抓起来十个柔软。她身上穿的粉色连衣裙上有个“LOVE”字母，显得可爱活泼。

羊妃是小狗模样，因为长相和给人的感觉像一只小羊，可爱至极，所以赐名小羊狗，封为羊妃。小羊狗通身雪白，只有耳朵是淡粉色的。它有着小巧的脸庞，精致的五官，它的原型是我小时候看的公主系列影片中的小狗。她不愧是“公主狗”，两只耳朵上分别用粉色丝带系了两个蝴蝶结，也因此成功俘虏了我的芳心。妈妈却总想将它们关到柜子里，诬陷它们是“妖妃”。

当然，最让我视若珍宝的是香后――我的一条小毛毯。我对她的爱恋绝不低于对家人的爱，我的毛毯一年四季都伴在我身边，没错，我顶着夏日的炎热都要翻它的牌子。之所以称之为香后，是因为她有独特的味道，我也曾努力辨识过那究竟是哪种香味，但最终我只能定义那个“香”就是家的味道，独属于我家的味道，我非常迷恋这个味道。

我离不开香后的关键原因是我的一个特殊癖好。这还要追溯到我刚出生时。据说，是姥姥送我的。我从小就爱捏它，软软的，柔柔的，特别舒服。再大点时，捏小毛毯一角就成为了我的习惯，甚至还捏秃了。即便是睡梦中蹬乱了，我似乎也总能够意良赶拢找到那个角继续捏。每天晚上不捏它，我就睡不着觉。后来，妈妈总觉得小毛毯旧了，说上面滋生了螨虫，就趁我不在扔掉了。之后的几天我夜不能寐，茶不思饭不香。妈妈见我如此执念，就又去买了一条，就是现如今陪伴着我的香后。

打小我就喜欢和这些毛茸茸的非人类的东西说话，无论开心还是难过，不安或是孤独，我都会与它们分享，我相信它们是可以听懂人话的，它们是神奇的，总带给我巨大的安全感和幸福感。

我喜欢毛绒绒的玩偶和毯子，也更毛茸茸的猫猫狗狗。妈妈承诺，只要我能考上理想的高中，就允许我养一只小猫或小狗作为奖励。现在想想都是一件非常激动的事情。

看见毛绒绒的东西，我总是忍不住去摸；看见软软的毛绒玩偶也总忍不住去捏，这就是我――一个毛绒绒爱好者的特别小癖好。

There was a group called ”The Fisherman’s Fellowship". They were surrounded by streams and lakes full of hungry fish. They met regularly to discuss the call to fish, and the thrill of catching fish. They got excited about fishing!!

在一个河湖密布鱼虾成群的地方成立了一个“钓鱼者协会”，协会的每个成员都是钓鱼的热衷者，他们时常聚在一起畅谈钓鱼的心得和钓鱼所带来的种种欢乐。

Someone suggested that they needed a philosophy of fishing, so they carefully defined and redefined fishing, and the purpose of fishing. They developed fishing strategies and tactics. Then they realized that they had been going at it backwards. They had approached fishing from the point of view of the fisherman, and not from the point of view of the fish. How do fish view the world? How does the fisherman appear to the fish? What do fish eat, and when? These are all good things to know. So they began research studies, and attended conferences on fishing. Some traveled to far away places to study different kinds of fish, with different habits. Some got PhD’s in fishology. But no one had yet gone fishing.

A priority list of fishing places was posted on bulletin boards in all of the fellowship halls. But still, no one was fishing. A survey was launched, to find out why… Most did not answer the survey, but from those that did, it was discovered that some felt called to study fish, a few to furnish fishing equipment, and several to go around encouraging the fisherman.

也许是遗传的'因素吧，从小到大，体育就是我致命的弱点。偏偏我又不甘心就这样败给别人。于是，从一年级起我开始尝试着去练习跑步、跳远等等。可仿佛是老天注定我与体育无缘，一次又一次我眼睁睁地看着别人在同一方面超过自己一大截，不平衡的心迫使我最终只能选择放弃。

一天我在操场上玩，看见一群大哥哥大姐姐们在打着一种小小的黄球，那就是乒乓球。看着那球好像被他们手中无形的线牵着变幻出那么多的花样，我惊呆了，一个小小的球竟有如此巨大的魔力！况且它又不像其他项目对身体素质要求很高，于是我选择了乒乓球。它使我仿佛看到了希望的曙光，我幻想着有朝一日，自已能登上冠军的领奖台……

由于那时三四年级根本没资格参加乒乓球比赛，所以我根本不知到什么叫做山外有山，天外有天。五年级的第一次比赛，我满怀信心的报了名，结果第一局，我就被对手打败。那一刻我慌了，一个又一个的球像流星一样倏忽间从我身边溜走，让我怎么也抓不住。第二局，第三局……我的自信被一点一点地吞噬，最后剩下的只有失落、无助、泪水还有那我亲手挣来的比赛成绩：0！全年级倒数第一！

此后面对接踵而来的失败，我无言了：难道我真的不适合打乒乓球吗？难道我当初的选择是错的？难道……这一串串的问号连我也回答不出，我试图让自己放下球拍。想让乒乓球永远只封存在我的记忆中。可是每次看着别人打，我心中却又有一种不可抑制的冲动，这时我才明白，自已的努力才是白费的，让我忘掉乒乓球

这根本办不到。因为我早已爱上了它，这小小的浅黄色的球，在我心里早就生根发芽，而我也早已把它当作了自己的爱好，自己生活中必不可少的一分子。

1.确定自己练字的目标：如果只想在别人面前写字拿得出手，还能得到不错的评价，或者在日常工作、学习中能够运用自如，不仅速度快，而且写得比较漂亮，那么方法得当的话，完全可以在短时间之内练好字。

2.然后是缩小练字的范围：将毛笔和硬笔(如钢笔、签字笔、圆珠笔等)分开，同时再将硬笔书法和实用硬笔字分开。硬笔书法和实用硬笔字有很大的不同，如书写工具、书写格式和表现形式，训练方法、训练要求等。相对来说，硬笔书法需要投入更长的时间、精力、智力，并且需要一定的天赋，而学习实用硬笔字则会相对简单容易些。

这和练字的三部曲一样，先练楷;再练行;三练草。历代书家一致主张，只有练好楷书，基础牢了，再写行、草就容易了。

只有练好楷书，写出的字，才能笔不浮滑，体不支离;如果你已经成人，单纯只是想把字写好看点，我推荐大家直接学行书、简单、粗暴!所有的书法教程都会告诉你要学书法先学楷书，但其实我们大部分人并不是为了练书法而学，而仅仅是想让自己的字好看一点。从实际出发，这样楷书的使用价值并不高，速度就是效率呀。

4.特别重要的是写字的姿势和执笔：

(1)坐要正，肩要平，背要直，身子和头部不能歪，更不要低;两眼距桌面约一尺，前胸距桌沿约三寸;

(2)执笔要正，笔尖应直向前，切忌内斜，(只要掌心放平些，笔尖就自然向前);食指指尖距笔尖约一寸。

拿笔不正或笔尖向内斜，就写不好捺，写不好横，写不好钩，很难顺手，甚至每写一笔，就得挪动一下右手。同时，写出的线条一无骨气，二无韵律，字形也就谈不到舒展大方;

(3)笔杆的斜度，写大字拿笔往上些，笔杆斜度要稍大，写小字往下些，笔杆斜度稍小。一般的斜度应倾斜在食指关节处，超过这个部位，写出的笔画，不是拘泥，就是呆板。

笔杆斜度不适当，笔速要受到局限的，并且不可能写出飘然、神韵的字形来，因此不应倾斜“虎口”处;

(4)握笔要轻松，运笔才自如;握笔太紧，写出的字，不能开阔大方。据在中学讲课所见，一个有五十人的班级里，就有四十五人拿笔不正或笔尖向内斜，大学里也是这样，正是这个缘故，这些同学写出的字，钩不象钩，捺不象捺，笔画全是平拖堆砌。

6.要想写好每个字，其重点应当掌握：第一要掌握笔力，这里指的是该用力的笔画就要用力。不该用力的就要轻笔过渡。例如写国、红、真、钢等字，轻重分得清，看起来就会给人以美感。

一般来说，写“丶、一、丨、丶(捺)”等笔画着笔应用力，其它稍轻些。但一个字中的个个笔画不能都用力。比如，写“人、大、天”等字的撇画应当轻，捺画应当重。相反，撇画写成重，捺画写成轻也可以，总之不能平均用力。

7.好的练字方法：要先认知练字最基本的知识，比如写字的横或竖、或撇或捺等等笔画或符号的书写要领或动作技巧，再掌握如何把他们搭配在一起的特征规律，这是一个连续的过程，只有掌握了练字的结构搭配，加以练习才能够写好写快;写字也是一种习惯，习惯性的思维和习惯性的书写动作是很多人练不好字的主要原因。

用一种新的习惯替代一种旧的习惯，是很具有挑战性的。

所以练字中要时刻提醒自己怎样做，从一笔一画开始培养新的书写习惯，而短时间内的强化训练是培养新习惯必须的一种途径;练字是一种连环的运动，脑要想、眼睛要看、手肘等要动，耳朵要听、笔要摩擦，最关键的脑的指挥，手指手腕的协作完成，因此大家在练字的时候多想、多看、多听、多练，并经常锻炼手指与手腕的活动范围，增强手指与手腕的稳定性与灵活性，这样可以加强控笔能力;一定要掌握练字和书写的规律，如：笔画形状、用笔规律、笔画组合规律、结构规律等等，通过举一反三的融会贯通，很快能写好其他汉字。

8.最后坚持练习，加强字体整篇的横写训练，同时掌握整篇训练的基本规律，并针对某一些难点进行攻关，才是写好字的最有效方法!当然我们练字也是想越练习字体越美。要多花时间练习，不要急于求成。
