俗话说是最好的老师。幼儿园英语教育是一种启蒙，要把重点放在学习英语的上，如果幼儿对英语感，他在学习的过程中就会表现出一种积极的情绪，孩子会主动融到活动中。反之，如果只是追求单词句子的多少，孩子会处于一种消极状态。因此，在实际教学活动中，我会选取合适的教学方法，幼儿学英语的。
1、故事教学法。
故事对学龄前幼儿具有极大的吸引力，它情节生动活泼，内容极富发性和趣味性，使幼儿与老师共同参与，自然学习新的知识。
2、情景教学法。
幼儿的语言能力是在实际运用过程中发展起来的，应创设各种有意义真实的情景，使他们想说、会说、喜欢说。语言的学习不只是学习几个单词，更重要的是运用语言和别人交往。因此，教师要以幼儿园为主体，从他们的出发提供一系列丰富的教学法情境，在使用中学习语言。通过玩角色游戏，幼儿所学语言在游戏中得到巩固，练习。
3、游戏教学法。
小孩子生来是好动的，是以游戏为生命的。游戏是幼儿最喜欢的形式之一。游戏能激起幼儿学英语的，密切师生间的关系，将知识融于游戏中，让幼儿在情趣盎然的游戏中练习所学知识。也在不知不觉中了知识。更重要是感受到学习英语的乐趣。因此，幼儿园英语活动应尽量游戏化，寓教育于游戏，让幼儿在游戏中轻轻松松学英语。
4、引竞争机制，激发幼儿参与活动的热情。
任何一种活动形式，时间久了，孩子就会厌倦。竞争能激活幼儿的支力，能激起幼儿的进取心。幼儿好胜心强，大都不甘落后，所以在设计活动时，运用竞争机制，并配以各种形式的奖励，以表示对胜利者的，对进步者的鼓励。孩子们在热闹的气氛中，你追我赶，学英语的越来越浓。

3.活用教材，根据学生会的实际情况，将每单元各篇课文重组排列降低难度。
4.加强课后辅导的力度，有效利用自习课和休息时间，有针对性地对学生进行课后辅导。
5.除此之外，对于毕业班还应当在强化其知识综合运用能力，阅读和写作能力等反面加强训练。

本学期是我们幼儿园成立5年的一个阶段，也是借助这样的一个阶段，我们会更多的去努力做些总结与思考。本学期我们英语组以“提高老师和幼儿英语表达能力”为总目标，有计划有策略性的开展本学期工作，对幼儿英语教育做更多的思考。
本学期我们根据英教部及幼儿园的工作计划，针对阳光园老师及幼儿现有的情况，特制定本学期计划如下：
一主抓教研，让教研充满活力又行之有效。
根据幼儿年龄阶段特点，我们鼓励大家自主研究的同时，也列出列各个级部教研的重点：
1、大班：英语的幼小衔接
A提高幼儿一日生活用语，老师通过一日生活的各个环节提高幼儿语言的表达和应用能力。
B以句子的教学为重点研究对象，提高幼儿造句和运用句子的能力。
C充分利用英语故事表演对幼儿的吸引，提高幼儿英语口语发展水平和幼儿自主表现力。
D通过参加英语风采我们感觉到大班幼儿更需要的是看图说话的能力。
2、中班：
A进行词汇与句子的积累，为升入大班做充分的准备
B英语视听环境对幼儿口语的良好渗透作用。
C利用英语故事，激发幼儿表现表演的兴趣
D句型教学也将成为中班的教学重点
3、小班小小班：
小班小小班的英语尤为重要，因为对于孩子3—6岁是语言学习的关键期，只要方法的当，孩子们不会象我们想象的那样对英语恐惧，反而面对一种新生语言，他们非常的好奇，学会了就非常乐意的表达。所以小班要努力培养幼儿的兴趣，提高幼儿对英语的感知能力。
A小小班小班中语言（单词与简单的句型）和歌曲、童谣教授得方法。
B英语视听环境的创造对幼儿英语表达能力的促进。
而顺利完成各年龄段的目标，需要的不仅仅是努力，更是我们有效的方法和正确的引导方式，我们可能都是英语的大学生，又通过了四六级的考试等等，但一方面我们已经捡不起大学的水平，另一方面，我们需要更多的新的方法和技巧来填充我们的英语教育，所以，我们迫切的需要成长，需要提高，那如何提高呢？
1、我们鼓励大家去教研室借阅各种相关的图书，如英语教育方面的，或者课程设计方面的，鼓励大家通过上网逛书店等方式给自己充电，利用教研会议的`时间与大家分享。
2、以英语教研组或英教部培训的方式来增加老师的见识和阅历。
3、课例分析。这是我们成长最便捷的方式，我们要充分利用。
二、常规工作
1、早接待：老师要丰富语言，创造更多机会与幼儿交流。
2、教研会议：每周召开一次，充分利用每次1小时的时间，把提高英语老师活动设计能力、语言总结能力和提高英语老师英语口语表达作为核心的内容。
会议安排：主题教研＋学习分享或者提出问题＋笔试
每次用10钟，以笔试的方式促进英语教师对英语教师进行全方面的培训。
3、集体备课：以级部为单位进行集体备课，每级部有一负责人，备课时以互相交流课的设计为主。

四、班级情况分析
他们聪明活泼，接受新知识速度快，学习英语的积极性也很高，能按时完成作业，但他们的英语底子比较薄，个别同学学习敷衍了事，书写更是一塌糊涂。所以本学期应抓好学生良好的学习习惯，引导学生端正学习态度，掌握良好的学习方法。

高一上学期是高中教育的起始阶段，是一个全新的起点，因此这一阶段的教育显得尤为重要。而我，作为一名新的教师，同样和学生站在了新的起跑线上。为了让自己能顺利进行新课标的教学任务，也能使学生圆满完成新课标的各项学习要求，尽快适应新的环境，以便他们在各方面能够健康发展。而我也必须严格要求自己，力争把英语教学搞的有声有色，特制定英语教学计划如下：
一。教材分析
教材是“课标”的具体表现，是学生学习的“蓝本”。现在使用的人教版英语教材每一个单元都围绕一个主要话题开展听说读写活动，共九个部分，即热身，阅读，理解，语言学习，语言运用，小结，学习建议和趣味阅读。语言知识和技能的呈现与训练，以及语法和句型等重点循序渐进，循环反复，符合学生的认知规律，有利于学生构建知识系统。新教材打破了传统的体系，用新的理念、新的方式、新的体系呈现出来。
我们应当以积极的态度去学习新教材，研究新教材，理解新教材各个栏目的编写意图，最大限度地发挥各个栏目的作用。一方面我们要努力去理解新教材、适应新教材、用好新教材，一方面我们又要努力站在新教材之上使用新教材，要根据教学目标和学生实际对其进行大胆的取舍和重组，力争做到教材为我所用。
二。教学目标
1、使学生明确学习英语的目的性， 发展自主学习的能力和合作精神；
2、做好初高中的教学衔接工作，让学生了解和适应高中的英语学习；
3、在培养学生的语言知识、语言技能、情感态度、学习策略和文化意识等素养的基础上发展学生综合运用语言的能力，培养学生在获取信息，处理信息，分析问题解决问题的能力，以及运用英语进行思维和表达的能力。
4、优化学生的英语学习方法，使他们能通过观察、体验、探究等主动学习的方法，充分发挥自己的学习潜能，形成有效的学习策略，提高自主学习的能力。
三。学生现状分析
我所带的班级是高一年级329班和336班。总体来说，学生生源构成复杂，大部分学生来自农村，城区学生较少，普遍英语底子差，基础薄，英语水平参差不齐，做题方法不得当，而且大部分学生对英语有一种畏惧感或者是厌学心理。分开来讲，高一329班的同学在基础和兴趣上都比高一336班的同学略高一筹。针对这些情况，我打算在高一起始阶段的英语教学中，本着低起点，爬坡走，抓习惯的原则，长期不懈地抓好学生学习英语的的兴趣和习惯的养成。狠抓基础，改进学法，激发兴趣，提高学生们学习英语的'能力”。
四。工作措施
1、继军训后结合学生的实际情况，先简单总结初中英语知识，然后再逐步介绍高中英语学科的要求、特点和学习方法。以此激发学生对新知识的求知欲，顺利进入新教材的学习。
2。为了使学生打牢基础不至于出现知识断层，本学期要有计划的把学生初中学过的但掌握不好的知识点，如词汇、短语、句型、时态、从句、动词不定式等插入新课教学中。
3、认真研究新课程标准，尤其与旧大纲不同的地方，清楚哪些内容是新增加的，哪些内容是已经删掉的，哪些内容初中已经学的。认真研究新教材，在集体备课的基础上认真备课、上课，认真进行自习辅导和批改作业。
4、为了减轻高三听力训练的压力，提高学生的听力水平，从高一就开始就对学生进行听力训练。
5、单词一直是学生的难点、薄弱点，直接影响学生综合能力的提高，在教学中要重视词汇教学，狠抓单词的记忆与巩固以及对词汇的意义与用法的掌握。使学生掌握科学的单词记忆方法和养成勤查词典的习惯。
7、坚持每周一次作文训练，训练题材、方法力求多样化，并能及时进行讲评。鼓励学生写英文日记，对个别英语特差的学生尽量多批改、多指导。
8、阅读理解能力的培养是高中教学的重点，也是高考的重头戏。在单元教学中配发适当的阅读练习，在平时考测试卷中阅读篇幅占一定比例，突出重点。有计划的指导学生掌握科学的阅读方法。
9、积极、主动请教经验丰富的教师。在此过程中不断集中教师的智慧和经验，化解单元教学中的难点，减少教学中的授课弯路，突出重点。
10、积极参加每周三的英语教研活动，坚持教学研究和相互听课，向同行学习，积极上网，利用网络资源的优势，解决自己教学中的疑难和困惑。
五。专业成长计划
作为一名新老师，首先对教材吃透，对班里学生的英语水平详细了解。多去听其他老师讲课，学习讲课经验。多看教育学心理学方面的书籍。有助于掌握教学技巧，了解高中生的成长心理。积极参与备课。其次，多参与教研教改活动，了解教育动向。并且要勤于研究高考题，在高考指挥棒下展开教学，努力提高自己的专业知识水平。
