打CC是每一个猎头的入门必经过程，也是猎头顾问的基本功，无论是新人还是资深猎头都要保持一个打CC的习惯，以保证工作效率。打CC，“CC”全称cold call，直译为冷电话，意思就是给不认识却有可能是我们潜在客户的人打电话。很多猎头公司都有自己庞大而数据库，但打CC作为一种传统的获取信息的渠道依旧有着它不可取代的优势。那么，我们作为猎头，因该注意哪些技巧，才能打好这个CC呢？

1、要有一个自信而放松的良好心态

新人打CC难免会紧张，诚惶诚恐的，打之前总是会不断的去担心各种被拒绝的情景，自己又该怎么应对，有些新人因为胆怯，一点拒绝就容易放弃也会增加后期的心理负担。其实都只是自己在给自己设障碍，怀着一种无畏的心态去打这个电话。在拒绝之后学会总结，很多时候，一家公司需要间断打3-5个电话才会获得候选人的资料，因此也需要做好这样的心理准备。

2、打电话之前做好准备工作

前期信息的收集对增加成功率非常有帮助，打CC之前一定要了解目标公司的概况，相关行业信息，很多时候要获得候选人的信息都会经过前台，也有新人会选择直接绕过前台打去目标部门，无论哪种情况，怎样通过这个中间桥梁到达候选人那些，需要提前想好各种理由及应对方法。我们可以去扮演不同角色，但一旦要融于这个角色，若是你自己都不相信，那你还指望人家会相信你吗？找到目标候选人之后，我们也要想好怎样去想候选人去推荐这个职位，想他会提什么样的问题，向若是遭到拒绝了该怎样去说去做。

3、在电话接通之后

在和目标候选人之间的电话接通之后一定要先来再次确定其身份，没有问题了，再向对方介绍自己，确定对方现在讲电话是否方便。之后，简要将职位信息传达给候选人。若是首次沟通，则最好不要透露过多关于招聘单位及自身单位信息。若是候选人对我们所提出的职位有兴趣，那就要尽可能的去了解候选人的信息，包括他现在的职位，工作职责，从业年限，专业能力以及所在公司的组织结构。并所要对方的私人联系方式，以及Email地址，并预约下次的沟通时间。并且，在整个电话过程中要尽量争取主导。

4、习惯制定工作时间表

制定工作时间表，既推动自己的工作，又可以明确自己应该在什么样的时间联系候选人才比较合适，一般来说，打电话找人的时间，最好是早上9点至10点，或者下午2点至4点；根据行业职位的不同，进行总结，归类。

5、端正自己的讲话态度

电话的目的是沟通，因此一定要慢，要口齿清晰，要能让对方明白你是在说什么，但是在特定的情况下，比如前台纠缠，候选人不愿意交谈下去，这种时候讲话就要稍微加快了。总之一句话，要逐渐养成自己的风格。电话中虽然对方看不到我们的表情，但依旧要保持笑容，你的笑意能够感染对方。

打CC的最终目的是获得候选人的联系方式，为后期的职位沟通做好准备；一般以客户或朋友的身份，找到的机会会更大一些。一般来说不同的行业及职位会有相应的客户，在拨打之前融入对应的客户身份，以对方工作相关的事项为理由，效果更好。在拨打时，也应注意使自己明确这样的身份，用语及语调才会发挥最大的效果，切记胆怯！

一、寻找恰当的理由（cover story)——供初学者参考

客户：提前查询对方职位的主要工作，以此为借口打开话题

HR：

1. 以某招聘网站的举报答谢会，讲座等理由；

2. 刚刚进行完电话面试，突然断了。（是公司分机号的为佳）

财务类：

1. 财政局的,查会计信用等级。（语气一定要坚定，勿乱阵脚）

2. 税务方面的审核

设计策划类：

1. 对方客户的一些方案沟通；

营销部：

1. 相关产品介绍

2. 客户公司已有合作的后期沟通

百货商业类：

1. 相关品牌入驻，需要商谈

朋友类：

一般以手机丢失等理由失去手机号，只能查到公司号码为由，前提是有该候选人的详细信息，可以通过客户身份获得。但注意通话间隔。

二、注意思维的灵活性

同一种理由未必适合所有的目标公司，可以多种可能性试试。对于有分机号的公司，也可以尝试跳过前台随便转到其他部门（一般分机号以3-4位为主，可以试着寻找该公司的招聘信息看看电话号码的构成），通过其他部门进行转接的效果一般会优于前台。

三、注意倾听

电话沟通我们难以看到对方，但也可以通过对方的语气进行初步判断，有的新人前台比较容易转接电话。当感到对方很忙的时候，有时不必说过多理由，直接提出目标。
